For the life of me I can't imagine how this would get so many five star reviews so I'm guessing the other reviews are fake/paid? Or maybe nobody reviewed the monster truck that we got and all of the good reviews are for the stunt car option?This monster truck RC car was our son's gift from Santa this year. Within 30 hours of opening the gift my son said (with tears in his eyes), "Please tell Santa not to get this toy for any other kids. It will make them sad and make them want to cry. I wish we could give it back to Santa but I guess it's too late now." Not exactly what you want to hear from your kid. Look, I get it. First world problems. I just hate spending money on something that my child really wanted only to discover that it was a waste.It's not difficult to operate. It looks cool. But the battery life? Are you kidding me? Three or more hours to charge for FIFTEEN minutes of play time? I thought my husband read that wrong in the paperwork but nope, we got eleven minutes of driving time before it quit. We've bought $9 drugstore remote control cars that would run more than ten times as long as this one.Also, after your fifteen minutes of play time (or eleven in our case) you have to completely unscrew the battery case to remove the battery pack and recharge it AND you have to use a screwdriver with a tiny tip. Every time. Such a horrible design. I'm super disappointed with this purchase and my son is disappointed in Santa. Bummer, would not buy again.

I got this for my little guy for Christmas. He loves it. I think what impresses me the most is the remote handle. I love how easy it is to hold. If you look at the picture, you can see that it fits right in your hand comfortably. The steering "wheel" is on the right side, and the "gas" is basically just the trigger on the remote. Super easy to use, which is good for my son (and for me)!I like the details on the car. The tires have splotches on them, making it look like the truck has been off road on adventures, and that's just one example. I like that the battery to the truck is rechargeable, so I'm not going to have to purchase batteries every week to replace.Overall, this purchase was a success. My kids both love it!

 I bought this as a gift for Christmas for our daughter. We’ve never had a remote control car before and she really likes it. We only use it inside and have all wood floors so it really flies around. I love that it’s rechargeable so I’m not constantly buying batteries. She had to learn to turn both the remote and the car off, but now she knows - haha! The remote was a little tricky for her to get used to but now she’s good with it.

 I bought this truck to replace my son's that broke and I am impressed with the quality and look of this truck. Everything from the packaging to the detailed paint job on the truck is outstanding. We can't wait for the weather to warm up so we can do some driving outside.

 The Mud Off Road 4X4 is fast! I was able to run it through grass easily, but couldn’t get a clear video of it. It is very sensitive on the remote, so I do need to practice more to be able to get a better control. My 12 year old had no problem using it and having complete control, but my 7 year old needed help. It’s nice and light which is why it’s so fast. Both my boys gave it a 2 thumbs up.

I ordered this remote control car as a gift for my 8 year old son. The packaging is very impressive; you can tell right away you’re getting a quality product. The easy to read instructions make set up go quickly. The details on the car itself are also indicative of a high end toy. I’m very pleased with my purchase!

I got this as a gift for my son who is 4 years old. Hes normally hard on toys and breaks them. This truck is loadd of fun and quite durable. I had fun taking it outside with my son. Easy set up with battery. Remote is also easy to work. The truck itself is pretty quick. The handling was pretty easy using the remote control. It lasts a few minutes before the battery runs out.

Great RC toy for kids. The remote is small for adult size hands but perfect for children. This will definitely be a great gift for my nephew.Be sure to charge the battery before using!
