OPT7 C2 Series 6.5" Off-Road CREE LED Light Bar and Harness (Flood/Spot Auxiliary Lamp Combo 3000 lumen)

Great product - super bright - purchased with harness and install was a breeze - as other mentions there are no directions provided but there really doesn't need to be - one wire goes to battery and the other goes to the light... pretty straight forward. Was just waiting to permanently install once I was able to get a mount fabricated since I have a soft top roof. Will need to see how this holds up over time but very impressed so far. Purchased to provide extra light while plowing with my Polaris ranger where headlights get blocked by the plow.Update 1/2/2014 - Went to mount light and removing two stars as after install the male plug wires disconnected from connector - they didn't strip enough wire to make a good crimp - should have been soldered - contacted the company - to see how to remedy - splicing will work but shouldn't have to do this. This is not a serious problem however will update review once I hear back with the remedy and if no response may make me more nervous. Hoping company stands behind this as was very impressed initially. Will raise to five stars if customer service lives up to reputation.Update 1/7/2014 - OPT7 contacted me about the connector coming off and has told me they are shipping me a new connector to attach to the wires. Timely response from customer service so that is a good sign. Will update once connector is received and if it resolves problem.Update 1/9/2014 - New connector arrived - very quick shipping and impresses with the customer service. Completed finished install and this thing is impressive - moving back to 5 stars.

Bought the 8" bar to replace the halogen lights on my ATV. I spliced off the existing wires since I removed the old lights, but I bought the wiring harness just in case. Harness looks to be well made and includes everything you need to just plug it right up to the battery.I haven't used the bar much, but the light is awesome. Mounted on the front of my ATV about 3 feet high it shines over 100 feet with a great spread. Picture shown against garage door is about 25 feet away.Only reason for 4 stars is I haven't used it enough to test the quality and reliability of how long the light will last.

Bought this from Amazon, fulfilled by Amazon. Was not in the retail packaging. Had part of the retail box taped to the cardboard box - strange for Amazon. No instructions, no warranty information. Did include the parts for mounting. Also I puchased the cable kit with relay and switchInstallation was easy as I was putting it on an atv. Wiring harness plugged right in, switch worked fine- good quality. Adjustment is easy. Very very bright, excellent pattern for atv in the mountains. I can turn the regular headlights off and on and you barely notice them with this light onWhat gave me pause, is that nowhere is the light physically marked opt7 c2. In fact it has no mfg stamps anywhere. Thus it's just a rebranded Chinese light. But a bright one with a solid wiring harness. Good for the price

Very satisfied with this light. I was surprised by how bright it was. Seems to be made very sturdy. I mounted this to my Polaris Sportsman 570 front brush guard. The light was a little wider than I expected it to be but I was able to get it mounted. I got the wiring harness too which seems high quality as well. The only drawback is the length of the harness, it is made to be used with a car or truck and much longer than required for a ATV. Considering the price compared to some other brands I am very happy with this purchase. I would buy an OPT7 product again if I was in the market for another light bar.

nice but too much $$$, for $35 I got 2 18watt 6 led lights which you get if you obtain essentially by cutting this 12 led one in halve. so why does it cost 3x as much? also too big to mount as fog maybe will put it behind the grill and light up the road like sunrise!

I purchased this C2 8" light bar to use as a headlight on my ATV, that doesn't have one. So far I am very impressed. The light pattern of the Flood/Spot gives a big lit area with a defined focused spot in the middle of the field of view. The build quality is very nice, and looks to be good and sturdy. The mounting brackets caught me off guard, as I expected ABS plastic or some cheapo thin steel. These appear to be made of thick cast aluminum and coated black. I expect I will be purchasing from OPT7 again.

This light bar fit very nicely on the front rack of my 2014 Yamaha Grizzly 700. I love how bright it is and it will come in handy during hunting season and when i go night riding with my buddies. The fact that the wiring harness was included and ready to hook up made installation easy. The ONLY problem i had was figuring out where to connect the ground wire and the relay due to the fact that no instructions were included. However I installed in about 30 minutes and am very happy with the product!

Purchased a 8" as well as a 22". Researched all other options and decided on the OPT7 brand because of the price and large number of good reviews. Definitely not disappointed, these things will light up the woods! Only had the installed for 2 weeks or so, but so far I am very impressed. If you are looking for a good quality light bar at a decent price, do not hesitate on ordering this brand. FYI, purchase the wiring kit/harness, it will make the install a breeze!
