Battery life is excellent, lasts a ten hour day easily. Sound quality through the buds is also great, the shoulder speaker is not very loud but works if not much background noise. They’re comfortable but for one detail. If you have a long coarse beard the gap in assembly will often catch your hair and pull. It hurts a tiny bit but is mostly annoying and shocking. I filled this gap with good ol JB weld and they are now perfect, only catch my hair very rarely in a couple little gaps that won’t be worth trying to fill. I’ve tried most earbuds of any decent quality and these are the best for me. I’ve had the lower model as well and they were also perfect, I broke those through my own fault and replaced with these after two faithful years. I imagine these will last longer easily. I’ve had them for six months so the battery has been tested and flexed plenty, still holds enough charge for any day I try to do.Connectivity with iPhone is great, call quality is good. No issues I have found anywhere in use.Last pair I broke in a fit of rage and it took a lot of force to break the ear bud wire. They also continued to work through the remaining bud so they’re definitely tough. Repeat, I tested my last pair to failure and they took some serious force.

I have had several LG rigs over the last five years, and dont regret buying any of them. They are great. sound is great, they are easy to use and comfortable to wear all the time, I even forget Im wearing them sometimes and have almost stepped into the shower with them. The reason it lost the final 5th star is because of the battery life. Compared to the 810 model, the battery is only about 50% of the older model, even after 3 years.I was also disappointed to not find a mute function on the headset. I use this for webex calls and the onscreen mute might not be visible on my active window. its nice to be able to mute without having to dig for the webex screen. the 810 had that also and I miss it.

Sometimes when I look down it is difficult for the other person to hear. I don’t know if the microphone is on top or not but this could be improved. Other than that it’s a great product.

I was looking for a around the neck bluetooth I work with power tools, ride my motorcycle,. So I needed power, no back ground Noise, clear phone calls and so on. (More bass would be nice) So far doing well. So light I forget I have them on.

This LG product was purchased less than a year ago. LG is claiming we were negligent with the ear piece. It retracts and pulls out- there’s no other way to utilize these. The cheap thin wires are frayed on the right ear bud. This is not due to negligence but cheap material. They will not stand behind their product and either replace or repair it. DO NOT BUY! Highly disappointed considering the cost of the product.

The thin cord that connects the ear pieces to the headset are surprisingly strong. I've gotten them snagged a few times and the cords have stayed intact and continue to work like new. The design allows the wearer to only have a single ear piece in, so that you can still hear others in the room, or you can put both in and remain secluded from others. The external speaker isn't great, and I don't use it. I wish the control allowed for a 15 second skip forward.

I have tried many headsets and this is the best. I have had 4 over the last 6 years (2 had to be replaced because my puppy got them) - and I keep 2 on rotation so I always have one charged and ready since I work from home and am on conf calls all day. These have great sound quality and are not cumbersome like so many other headsets. Highly recommend!

This headset was perfect for my needs. I've had it for a little over two months and everything works great. Audio quality with calls and music are both great. People on the other end of the phone report that I can be heard very clearly. I can wear it under the collar of my shirt which helps keep it out of sight when dealing with clients. The retractable earbuds work very well but did take a few tries to get used to them and how they work. The mono speaker is also really convenient, if not totally necessary. Also, the Bluetooth range is top notch when compared to all other headphones I've got.Overall a great headset with excellent call quality. Recommend it to everyone.
