It's important to know about having your Hygge watch repaired
I bought this watch because I loved the unique design. I was also impressed that Hygge won design awards for this watch - as it deserves.After having the watch for 6 months, the hour display came unhinged. I sent and email to Hygge on instructions for repair, and never got a response. So I posted the question on their Facebook page - and was told to send an email to a person in Japan. I wrote the email and was instructed to send the watch to Japan for repair or replacement.My reaction is, "you've got to be kidding!" I find this unacceptable that a watch company is promoting their wares in the USA and the best they can offer for a two year warranty is to send it to Japan.At this point, I'm debating whether to even bother and call it a lesson learned, and just purchase another watch from another company.
