Improved the quality of my sleep
I like the texture of the material it’s not as big as I thought it was going to be, I like that.I was in a car accident and before I bought this pillow I was tossing and turning. Last night was my first time getting quality sleep since I been pregnant.I do recommend.

Extremely Soft and Versatile but Starting to Lose its Shape
My favorite part is the soft velvet feel on both sides and removable cover for convenience in cleaning. I have cats, food accidents, and other things that make easy washing a must. When I first used it, it was great at sticking me in place so I'd sleep on my side and not turn over. I literally felt stuck... and that was a good thing! After a week or so I seem to have steamrolled it with my body and flattened it with my persistence in trying to sleep on my back. I have to lock my legs around it to resist the urge to just sleep on my back instead of my side which making me side sleep was the whole point.Since I both sleep and spend time on my daybed, I realized it is inconvenient to have this large thing in place all the time. Most people won't have this issue because it will only be in bed and used for sleeping. For me though I have to bend one of the arms of it during the day to have room to sit and for ease of getting on and off of my daybed. They do show the lady in the photos using it in different ways so it is inferred that you will be able to move, bend, and reposition it for many uses. Doing so has caused a flat spot where it is bent a lot.Overall I do think it's a good value and I'm still very glad that I purchased it. However over time it has become flatter, less effective, and I'm having to layer another pillow with it to make it work well for me. Will I let it go, heck no... but I wish it were as full and firm as when I first purchased it. Another random note is that the cats are in love with it and use the curve/hole as their nest so at times I have to fight them for it so even if I wind up completely flattening it, they will still use it.

Not just for pregnant women.
6 star! I recently had a hysterectomy, and there was no way I could get any sleep on my back. But too painfull to sleep on my side without support. I LOVE THIS PILLOW. was able to get the support and protection for my stomach with no pain. Support for my back to keep me from moving, and no pain. Slept 8 hours on 6th night after surgery. Paid extra for the next day shipping. If I knew about these pillows before my surgery I would of bought it before hand. To help keep the pillow part for my head clean, (which was perfect , great, no neck pain.) I took king size pillow case, cut the seam on long edge, sewed the original side opening closed. Sewed small hem on the now large opening. Slipped it over the top of the U part of the pillow. This way, I can just take that pillow case to wash, (from sweat, ect.) to keep clean. And not have to take whole cover off all the time. Plan to make second pillow case to double. But this pillow is not just for pregnant women. I highly recommend it if you have any surgery so you can sleep and not worry about tearing any stiches. And it is very easy to roll over to other side, because of the support in front and back. Fabric is soft, not scratchy. The WHOLE pillow is just so soft, yet supportive. Even after I heal up from surgery I plan to still sleep with it to support my back. And it is great when sitting up in bed. Just pull the U part up, with a pillow below it, the sides fold in so you can rest your knees for support. I will recuperate in comfort☺.

Definitely comfortable, but not big
So let me start out by saying this pillow is NOT very long. If your looking for a big huge pillow to cuddle up and or spoon with, this ain't it. As a reference it's about the length of 2 standard size pillows. I am 5 foot 3 and the end stops just at about my knees when lying in the middle of the "u". That being said, it's better than a MUCH larger and firmer "c" shaped pillow I have. I used that one from about 19 weeks til now (26 weeks pregnant). This pillow is definitely much softer and fluffier. As a heavier woman, I was worried I would crush this thing. However, I am pleased to say that my back is much better as well as my hips after 2 nights. I still wake up every 40.minutes but only bc I constantly have to pee, not from being uncomfortable. It is very flexible, and is not so firm so it doesn't cause neck creaks or dig into ur back while sleeping. It seems to give justtt the right amount of support needed to alleviate the back and hip pain. Overall I like it so far but let's see what the next 3 months brings.

Good pillow for price
I’m 6 months pregnant. Finally got myself a pregnancy pillow. It came in a very compact pack, it was easy to open, despite not having any instructions on how to do it. Cover is really soft. When I opened the pack I was worried about the stuffing getting bulky. But it ended up being ok. I gave a 4 star because I still needed to use an extra pillow to elevate my head at night, but in general I was able to sleep more comfortable with this pillow.Side note: the back of the pillow comes with a tag that I am yet to be able to take off. It seems it’s going to ruin the cover when I do. Don’t even know what the tag is for.

Soft and Comfortable
My wife saw one of these at a friend's house and had to have one. It came highly recommended, and it truly did not disappoint. The pillow is quite so comfortable. When the package came, it was really small, and we thought we were sent the wrong item. After unpackaging, we noticed that it was actually vacuum-sealed to conserve space, and once fully unwrapped, it was in fact quite large. Upon first touch, the fabric is soft and smooth, somewhat velvetty. My wife spent a few nights on it, and she just couldn't get rid of it anymore. I recommend this to those who need additional support during their second/third trimester. It will help our loved ones get through the night, and will honestly make both your lives better.
