The earpiece is nice and comfortable but when you put it in your ear it kinda muffled the sound of everything else. It also only works for a few months 😔 now that I need a new one they aren't available very sad!!

None of the ear pieces fit comfortably in my ear. Other people I work with say the same

I searched the earpiece by the serial number on the radio and when I tried it, it didnt fit the radio. Now I’m stuck with an earpiece which is somewhere in my closet
