That's right, these straws do not suck. Well, do they do, but only in the way you want a straw to suck!I bought these as we are trying to be more eco-friendly and straws are rightfully a hot topic right now for the eco brigade. They're a one use item for the most part, but they're such a simple thing to make eco-friendly that it begs the question why has it not been sorted already.I received these yesterday not expecting a lot, I've had the paper straws that some restaurants are now using but found they do go soggy fairly quickly. What grabbed me was the promise of these not doing that, and they don't. They last so much longer than I expected. They're also pretty colourful which is a great thing I'd you have kids or what to dress up a cocktail etc.An extra bonus was that I was expecting these to arrive in a plastic bag but nope, the packaging is 100% cardboard which is fantastic as well. I don't think even the most hardened eco warrior will find any fault with this product.Extremely pleased and will be buying more once I've used these up.

These work really well, I always loved the idea of moving away from plastic but in restaurants and bars the straws would always be soggy and stick to your lip these don't and I managed to use throughout the day no problems! I will use this at my Christmas party and be plastic free! Great!

I really found it difficult to find biodegradable straws and then found these, and I'm so pleased I did.. the colours are great but best of all they don't go soggy like some paper straws.. Great for parties, kids and saving the planet..😀

Bought 5 boxes of these to last over the Christmas period. We normally go through packets of plastic straws but after seeing the damage they cause I've switched to paper. They hold up a lot better than I expected in water, can't really see a difference compared to the plastic ones in terms of quality. Will definitely buy again when I run out.
