Had this installed in my BMW 1 series 2005 and it works so great. I have 69 radio channels now instead 2 or 3 local channels. The installation video came in very handy and from there I played around with the wires to suit and it was pretty easy after that. In setting the DAB automatic scan get to work and with in seconds all channels available amazing sound in all channels.I would recommend this product to anyone because why not change to DAB radio the cheap and affordable way. Evidently, turning 40 meant that mainstream radio stations no longer appealed and I wasn’t ready to transition to talk radio stations. My only options were Kisstory and Heart Xmas, so getting a DAB radio was essential.After reading reviews on several items I opted for this one as it came out at a reasonable price and looked like it was easy to install. And it was, I even read the instructions instead of just attempting to do on the fly! (Ooh get me!)Pros:- Was easy to install the piece to the frame (this had been the bit that concerned me the most)- Easy to find stations and add them to presets- Although there are wires everywhere it’s quite easy to connect and hide wires around the edge of the bodyworkCons:- The sticky pads aren’t massively successful at sticking. I found it easier to attach them to the plastic than the glass (I think because of condensation in the cold weather), but I still have to restick them occasionally so I might try getting some small gel backed command strips instead- The bendy arm from the charger to the device isn’t actually that bendy. You can turn the unit up to see it and do all the programming, but it returns to its original position when you aren’t holding it. This isn’t a massive problem in itself as I only operate it when I’m parked, but because it does this it doesn’t sit in a sensible position because of where I have to plug it in. Luckily it doesn’t interfere with the gearstick, but it does completely block the use of one cup/junk holder, and a passenger wouldn’t be able to operate it while you were driving (but I guess that’s a good thing).- A drawback is that the signal does occasionally drop out, and because of the controls (even if they were easily accessible) you can’t just press a button to switch to a different channel as you can on your fitted radio.All in all I’m pleased with this purchase. It’s a good stopgap to getting digital radio stations rather than having to get a whole new radio and having it installed.

Excellent DAB receiver for the price. Installed it in my camper van this afternoon, it took around 10 minutes to set up, and worked faultlessly through the front aux on my JVC head unit. (So I haven’t yet tried to tune it through the FM radio, which is the other connection method.) Found 89 DAB channels on first scan, only about 5 of which I’ve loaded into the presets, which is an easy process, too.Paired with my Samsung phone through Bluetooth easily, finds music on the phone automatically. Apparently also has the facility to answer the phone at a button press, making it a hands free device, but I haven’t had chance to test that and I probably won’t use it like that anyway, as I don’t care to answer phones while driving!So does what I want, at a great price! Recommended.

I wanted a DAB radio adapter for my car and this seemed to fit the bill. Having a bluetooth 'hands-free' facility was a bonus.Installation was very straightforward - even the screen-mount aerial. I sited the device on the centre console just forward of the gear stick. Reception of DAB stations was good (I do live less than a mile from the Crystal Palace transmitter) and sound quality was excellent.Alas, I then ran into 2 problems. The round control knob was ultra sensitive and would change radio station when I passed over the slightest bump in the road - which is very annoying. Also, the various buttons are sited in a line below the display. In my situation, this meant it was too easy to accidentally press one while changing gear. Again, rather annoying.So, I returned this radio and replaced it with one that (a) works properly and (b) has the buttons on the RHS of the display rather than below it. Otherwise the 2 radios are identical and I am very pleased with the replacement.Perhaps I was unlucky and others will have no issues with this device. Indeed, other reviews are pretty good. In any case, if you are looking for a small DAB car radio, these devices are excellent (when they work).Notes:-- Sound quality is much improved if you can use the AUX cable provided to connect to the car radio. The FM connection is OK but prone to interference.- I opted for the DAB adapter model that is fixed on a stalk to the 12v plug. This reduces the number of loose wires needing to be tidied away but does limit where the radio car be fitted. The alternative is to get one connected by wire to its 12v plug. This allows more options as regards placement in the car.

J'ai une Clio 4 des années 2018 avec un auto radio medianav évolution LAN5210WR1. L'auto radio fonctionne parfaitement avec l'adaptateur Dab.

Gebe 5 Sterne da alles so Funktioniert wie es soll.Wohne in Berlin und dort super Empfang mit der Scheibenantenne.Da reicht es sogar bei mir sie nur anzuschliessen und ins Handschuhfach zu legen.Nun wollte ich meine Integrierte Autoantenne mit einem FM-DAB Splitter anschliessen ,und kaufte mir solchen Adapter ,der passte auch super in mein Radio und sollte nun in das DAB Gerät ,aber passte leider nicht,da der Adapter ein SMB Stecker hat,Nun weis ich nicht welchen Eingang das DAB Radio hat um mir einen passenden Adapter zu kaufen.ansonsten super Gerät ,tolle Technik.Nach langem suchen und probieren habe ich nun den Anschlussadapter gefunden .Ich brauchte einen SMB auf MCX Adapter,dann passte mein FM-DAB Splitter nun endlich in meinem DAB Radio.

Sintonizzate le stazioni DAB molto velocemente.. La sua antenna è posizionata sul vetro posteriore laterale della mia Evoque.. Non è così critica come dicono, basta sia su un vetro. Ricezione ottima di molte stazioni, consiglio la connessione con cavetto AUX... Parola di un vecchio radioamatore... I3pve...

Il prodotto non funziona perché carente nella ricezione del segnale. Nonostante abbia fatto montare l'antenna ad un elettrauto perde il segnale anche da fermo. Per non parlare quando si e' in moto. E' un peccato non potenziare la ricezione perché sarei disposto come penso anche altri a pagare decine di euro in più per una antenna all'altezza

Hallo, der Adapter funktioniert und hat auch einen guten Klang.Einen Stern habe ich abgezogen, da der Empfang nicht so gut ist wie bei einem eingebauten dab Radio, obwohl ich die Antenne genau nach Anleitung verlegt habe. Und die klebepads für die kabelverlegung halten nicht gut.Die Verbindung zwischen Radio und Adapter ist bei mir völlig Rauschfrei habe als Frequenz 108,0 genommen Die Einrichtung ist einfach, in wie weit man die antennenzuleitung versteckt legen möchte ist wohl jedem selbst überlassen, lang genug ist das Kabel auf jeden Fall. Man kann an den Zigarettenanzünder Adapter noch ein USB Kabel anklemmen um das Handy zu laden, alles gut durchdacht, bei mir am Auto (smart 451) ist der Hals genau in der richtigen Länge und auch stabil genug. Würde den Adapter jederzeit wieder kaufen.
