Worked one time. Does not connect to my google assistant. Reviews on app are also complaining about same thing. Regret the purchase. Fix my problems and I will update my review, but right now I am extremely disappointed.Update: I noticed they decide to update the description after purchase about the limits of using google assistant. I have been harrassed by these people to update my review. I will update it saying this has been by far the WORST purchase I have made in the last 4+ years of amazin purchases. Not only for the lack of support for google home in reality, but also for the way they have contacted and harrassed me. I rarely ever complain (as you can see in my profile), but this was so aggregious of an annoyance I felt compelled to complain. STOP CONTACTING ME!

if u can find the product on the list will work perfectly on voice assistance like google or alexa but if u have to configurate manually a controll like soundbar etc. notfor the rest is a great device

This work as described & cheaper then any other similar productI had difficulty with setting it up I have contacted the seller & we have figured out that my router was the problem, I call my internet provider to send me a new router & it workedWhat I'm happy about it that I paid much less then other on Amazon & the service from the seller that I was about to blam him & I had the patient to go through troubleshooting and find out my router was the problem

It’s ok... it will work, but it takes a lot of tweaking. I’d say it works best if your device is one that is available from their list of out of the box programming. When you have to customize the remote it gets messy. Same goes for Alexa integration... It’s pretty glitchy. Also, don’t try to log in to the device’s control app on more than one device because it messes up. I gave it two stars because it’s inexpensive. But sometimes you get what you pay for, and if you’re looking for a remote solution such as this, it might be worth it to spend a few extra bucks and get a good one.

I am done with trying to get a Smart IR switch that will work with Alexa. I honestly don't know why Amazon sells these products if they just don't work! I tried for about an hour and a half, enabling, discovering and then repeating the entire process over and over, but my 2nd gen echo plus refused to control it. The technology just isn't there yet I guess. Don't waste your time and money and save yourself from the frustration.

I had left feedback that this remote didn't have codes for my TV. I have since heard from the vendor and they are making efforts to add the codes in a future software update. Haven't received that yet, but I'm thrilled they are planning to update it. So far, so good.

Really easy to configure. Nice app. I use it for my tv and my Air conditioning unit. It identifys a maker if you point the control from the unit to it, it gave me a list of 7 makers so I tried a few before I got the right one. But after that all works great. Even Google assistant works without any issue.

I got this hoping it would work with my google home setup, but it can't be synced with google. It worked inits own APP which requested a lot of permissions that don't seem to be necessary. Stay away from this product, not worth it.
