Warranty Policy All sales are final. No refunds will be given. Proof of payment is not proof of receipt. A 180-day warranty is provided starting from the shipping date. Defective miners under warranty can be repaired free of charge according to Bitmain warranty policy. The following events will void the warranty. Overclocking the miner. Customer removes/replaces any components without receiving prior permission from Bitmain. Burnt parts on hash boards or chips. Damage to miner/ boards/components due to water immersion or corrosion due to damp environment. PIN lost or PCB broken due to either improper packing or usage. Unable to repair due to improper usage of the mine For cases in which the warranty is void, Bitmain can NOT repair the miner.
