No need to worry admit the wiring
I like how it looks. It is lightweight with an E27 fitting. No problems with the wiring at all. The glass " bowl" indide ous a little loose enough is slightly unnerving but once it is up it's fine.

NOT WATERPROOF, UNSUITABLE FOR OUTDOOR USE
Nicely styled lamp BUT the lamp is unsuitable for outdoor use despite the description on Amazon. I installed this hanging from my patio pergola. After heavy rain the glass ball had partially filled with water and the mounting rose had also allowed water into the electrics. Result: the mains dropped out. Fortunately everything else in the installation was IP44 or IP66 rated and I had installed a dedicated RCD to protect this external circuit.If you are looking for an external lamp I strongly recommend you avoid this lamp and buy one that is prpperly waterproof rated (look for IP 44, Or better still IP 65 or IP 67 rating).
