I love the product and it was delivered quickly with free shipping. Also there are no milk products in the ingredients on the one I received. It is processed in a facility that also processes milk products. Great product love it!I use in a smoothie for lunch with frozen banana, frozen blueberries and almond milk too. Yummy

Sugar and probiotics are not for everybody.

I bought this for my husband who is a type ll diabetic. He likes the taste. In the morning he mixes it with almond milk and fruit for a smoothie. He says it gives him an energy boost and it doesn't raise his blood sugar levels.
