This charger/mount has been great. I like it so much I've gifted it to many friends & family. The setup is very simple. I opted for the a/c vent mount. To my surprise it is VERY stable. The best feature(s) is the wireless charging and automatic clamp. The clamp opens & closes quickly using the IR motion detector. Once closed, the phone is VERY secure. I have used a wide range of phones (4.5" - 6.8") and this mount easily fits any phone size. Cannot recommend enough!

When I bought this I also watched the video and was extremely excited to buy it. After getting it in a decent amount of time I immediately installed it in my car because I work as a delivery driver and this would be perfect for what I do. I thought when I first used it i must have missed something and that I was yet to fully understand how the charger worked. I thought that I had missed the process or a button because the IR sensor wasn't activating the open close feature of the cradle. Well that's not the case. I've done everything correctly and the only way the cradle opens is if you press the open close button. That was not what was advertised and the main reason why I bought this expensiveish cradle. If that was the only issue I might be able to live with using this thing in manual mode but after putting my phone in the cradle the and leaving it there for 4-5 mins the cradle just opens out of the blue and my phone falls down in my centre console. I now have a crack in my new note 9. It's a really small crack and you wouldn't notice if you weren't told but needless to say it's there. I want this product to work I like the design and the concept of it as long as it would just work. I'm surprised that this product wasn't QC'd prior to leaving the factory. I would like a new one if it would actually work. I haven't even had this thing a week so it's probably wishful thinking.

When the car is hot.... and I live in the southern United States so it's hot alright... I get random opening errors where the device opens and closes a few times dropping the phone if it's connected. I had not planned to put the charger on a vent because I need the vents... It's hot here as previously stated, but I have to in order for the device to charge.If mounted in the window, the charger heats up and stops charging giving the "phone over heated" error on the phone. I had not had that issue with a previous mount when the phone was just plugged into power directly. These issues have made this charge very nearly useless. I gave two stars because the mount is great and the suction cup is sticky and very sturdy. Maybe I can use it with the next device I buy.

I've really enjoyed this charger/phone holder. The vent holder didn't work that well with my vehicle but the suction cup mount worked, albeit a bit jiggly. Also, I ended up buying a separate mount that fits in my car's CD slot. The connecting joint was a perfect fit and now this sits even more steadily! (See photograph).I REALLY like the device's ability to sense the presence of the phone as I place it nearby and how the electronic arms open and then close automatically.My only two complaints are as follows;1. After I shut my car off, there's never enough power left in the charger to press the button and have the arms open to release my phone. I have to either remove the phone while the engine is still running or "force" the phone out of its holder.2. It just started opening and closing while driving. It's happened enough to be annoying but I'm still using it and 90% of the time it works flawlessly.I would recommend this product!

The product is amazing. It does exactly what it says. The only issues I had were: the cigarette light adapter that came with product was faulty, I tried to contact Amazon to replace just that piece. They said in order to replace it I’d have to return and reorder the entire unit and wait ANOTHER 3 weeks because it was from a 3rd party. Finally I just gave in and bought another cig adapter.Secondly, sometimes the camera doesn’t register when I’m putting the phone in. I end up having to push the button anyway. But it’s excellent, it attaches perfectly and is sturdy.

Worked perfectly in our Ford Expedition vent but broke after 2 weeks at the clamp that secures to the vent louver. I think crazy glue will fix it though. Worked great though before breaking

the Blaulock B02F Wireless Car Charger is so easy to use!! i love how as soon as i get in my car all i have to do is put my phone up to the holder and it opens automatically!! the best part about it, is that it makes it super fast and easy to grab my phone and go! on more having to take my fingers and squeeze it snug hoping that it will not drop out of the holster! i absolutely love this product!! i would recommend it to anyone who is curious! GO FOR IT you wont be sorry

I liked this product when I first got it and now it is not only unusable but unsafe. It automatically opens after awhile and drops my expensive phone between the seats when I m using it to navigate. The feature I got it for aside from the wireless charger is a terrible implementation and disappointing. I have to look for a replacement.
