Totally reliable!
With this system for hanging heavy drapes there is no doubt that the drapes will remain on the rods until you take them down yourself. They will not fall off the wall. When you see how well planned the system was developed you will be confident that your drapery rods will remain securely anchored to the wall. Amazing!!!

Holds when others failed
Easy to install. Holds much better then standard wall anchors.

I bought a great mount and was ready to go but I failed ...
Backstory:I have a 55” television and needed to get it mounted on our wall quickly (our 1 year old is getting into everything and I found him slapping the screen a week before mounting). I bought a great mount and was ready to go but I failed to realize that the mount I bought was designed for wall studs 16” on center. As it turns out the studs in my target wall are 24” on center. This created a situation in which I was going to have to get creative with some sort of unsightly bracket on the wall, tear into the wall to install horizontal 2x4s or, get a hold of some of the best drywall anchors money can buy. Based on the product I am reviewing you can probably guess that I chose the latter option. One thing to keep in mind, I AM NOT relying solely on the drywall anchors to support the full weight of the television and mount (total weight of both is just shy of 60 lbs). My mount has two lag bolts in the center wall stud and four drywall anchors for added support in each corner.Pros:This product is STURDY. As soon as I pulled them out of the package I felt REALLY confident that they were going to stand the test of time. No doubts.I felt like the added youtube channel explaining exactly how to use the product was a great bonus.Cons:The string used to pull the wings tight to the center piece could be a little bit stronger. While pulling the wing against the center piece of one unit the string snapped and I was left with a center screw only partially installed. To get around that I had to insert a very thin nail into one of the smaller holes next to the center hole to anchor the wing and prevent it from spinning so that I could get the first smaller side screw inserted. To make matters more challenging, because the string had snapped, I had to use a pair of plyers to pull the wing tight by firmly pulling the center screw towards me. The fortunate thing is that I was able to avoid having the wing fall into the drywall cavity and no further holes were necessary. If you’re going to use this product I would actually recommend using fishing line or a guitar string. Alternatively, because the product comes with two strings, I would DEFINITELY only use one string for two units and then switch to the other.Summary:Once the mount was installed ln the wall it was very clear that it wasn’t going to move. I have a high level of confidence that my television will stay put and I do not feel like I need to worry about my son being crushed by a falling television. All in all, this is a great product and I highly recommend it.

Gee Fix Wall Anchors
Works as described. Great holding power. Have to be careful when pulling cord through so not to twist. If not careful it will bind up and difficult to secure correctly. Slow and steady best way to go.

Really, Really Strong
Like others, I used these to anchor a 70" TV on a wall where the studs just weren't in the right place. I mounted one side of my TV bracket using 2 of these anchors and supported the other side with a stud. It's rock solid. They aren't perfect. My biggest frustration was that it is really difficult to keep everything from turning when putting in the first screw. You really have to pull on the cords hard and my hands kept slipping. I ended up holding the cords while my wife drove the screw. This can be avoided, however, by pre-threading the screw in and out of the anchor BEFORE putting the anchor in the wall. It screws in a lot easier the second time. Also to note, I was able to using the big mounting screws that came with my bracket. I used the suggested 7/32" pilot hole bit to enlarge to anchor holes slightly after installing them. Everything tightened right up. I was a little hesitant about these at first, but after using them, I'm confident 4 of them could easily hold a large TV as long as the drywall is in good shape.

Amazing strength, tricky install.
The instructions are clear and several videos can be found. But practice one to understand the tricks. The positioning wire needs to be pulled pretty hard to avoid the thing twisting up. And it isn't entirely clear how to get the holes perfectly lined up. After trial and error, the thing is VERY impressive after the installation is complete.

These are incredible
I didn't know something like this existed, but I needed something to help mount a barn door track where there were no studs. I watched a couple videos about these fasteners and decided to purchase and they work great. Very easy to install, clean and neat appearance after install and most important they are very secure. These saved my project!!

Absolutely amazing, with one caveat
Buy some guitar string and throw that red nylon cord and throw it in a drawer, to be used with something else. It will snap on you and leave you in a predicament. Hence the 4 stars for easy to install, because they really need to be shipping these things with metal cable, not nylon cord. That's just ridiculous. However, I knew this before I bought the product, and after using it on 2 separate projects, I am about to use it on a third with the utmost confidence. I am somewhat addicted to these wall anchors when I need them. I don't go hanging pictures from walls with them, but when I can't hit a stud and I need to hold 25 pounds or more, I don't mess around with wall anchors rated at 25 pounds, 50 pounds, or even 100 pounds, I go straight to the Gee Fix wall anchor rated at 250 pounds (depending on what kind of force is applied, naturally -- in a shear application, I think it's closer to 500+ pounds at the dry-wall -- meaning no leverage, just straight-down). Us Americans, we love our overkill, and this British product satisfies. I prefer to keep my wall anchors weighted to 33% max load and with these bad boys, I sleep very well at night knowing something else will break before these give way. I was so excited when I first discovered these, I was stopping people in the streets to tell them about Gee Fix (no joke). The YouTube videos about the product are spot-on. Just heed my advice and throw that red nylon cord out and use some guitar cable.

Best heavy duty dry wall ancre there is.
I used it to ancre a 50 lbs weight bench to the wall and the installation is very solid. The installation is also very easy compared to other heavy duty dry wall ancre I have used. It is a little bit pricey though, so I will use them only when really necessary.

Missing items from order
I only received 2 (out of 4) back plates, 3 (out of four ) plugs. The screws I'm not worried about but I ordered a four pack and didn't come close to receiving all of them.

These are the answer to a new build problem
This product is so easy to use. I have been able to fit a 25kg 65 inch tv to an internal plasterboard wall in a new build house, and we all know how terrible those walls are! I was more nervous realising I had to drill one inch holes into a wall. If I can do it, anyone can. It was so quick, I spent most of the time measuring out where I wanted the tv bracket to go. I will be buying these again for sure, now I want to put the other tvs on the wall too. This product is really genius, I have tried various rawl plugs and anchors over the years, and even light weight shelves have failed. I am a middle aged single mum with limited diy skills.
