These gloves are missing a thumb & 2 fingers of protection
This states it is a full finger enclosed glove, it is false! It was missing the thumb and 2 fingers! Poor customer service. It was bought before my daughters birthday and I wrapped it, never knowing it was missing protection! Too late for returning & no exchanges. Do not buy!

We do appreciate the effectiveness of the gloves. Techs do have limited flexibility but these gloves by far are the best ones we have tried. We would recommend the purchase of these gloves

Excellent product!
Excellent product to protect your hands and arms from being bitten or scratched. The fingers are very flexible which makes handling fractious animals much safer and easier. Will definitely order another pair!!! Highly recommend these gloves for every veterinary hospital or animal control.

Dexterity without compromising safety. Sizes that fit women. Washable too!
As a wildlife rehabilitator, I rely heavily on a good pair of gloves. There are times when I need to restrain and capture a wild animal and other times that I need to protect myself while providing treatment. The ArmOR Hand gloves have proven to be excellent in both scenarios. If you are scruffing a wild animal that you are capturing, you want to make darn sure you have a good hold so they don't get away or attack you in the process. Most protective gloves are extremely bulky and limited the firmness of your ability to hold an animal. If you are performing a procedure on an animal a more "delicate" touch is needed. The ArmOR Hand gloves provide an amazing amount of flexibility and dexterity making the task easier and more comfortable for the care giver as well as the animal. Another great feature of the gloves is that they come in several different sizes. Most commercial protective gloves aren't designed to fit women's smaller hands which can also be a problem when handling wildlife. One last thing to add, they are machine washable!! In the photo above, I had to shimmy inside a downed oak tree to rescue this injured barred owl. I had to "dig" my way inside of the tree. Look at how dirty the gloves got. Threw them in the washing machine and they came out like new! Another great reason to wash them is to reduce the chances of disease and parasite spread. This would also be relevant in veterinarain medicine as well as in wildlife rehabilitation. I can't say enough wonderful things about these gloves and recommend them on a daily basis!

Must have for anyone working with any species
As a veterinary technician of almost 40 years, I have worked with everything from hummingbirds to elephants. I have tried many different types of safety gloves from welders gloves to fire-log handling gloves. The only gloves I recommend are the Armor Hand Gloves! Each pair is hand sewn and very sturdy. First, know that they are machine washable which is critical for infectious disease control and prevention of contamination between patients. They hold up beautifully wash after wash. Line dry them as a dryer is usually much too hot for them. Second, they are the most flexible safety glove I have ever used. They allow for a very high level of dexterity which means that I can use a syringe while wearing them as well as minimize the restraint needed when handling an uncooperative animals. Third, there is no such thing as a puncture proof glove, but the Armor Hand gloves are very puncture resistant therefore decreasing the incidence of bites and scratches that penetrate the skin. They even resist the talons of birds of prey! They are a great tool for any fear free or low restraint techniques during the conditioning phase of working with the patient. Used them with cats, all size dogs, hawks, one eagle, raccoons, hedgehogs, kicking rabbits, large iguanas, tarantulas, large and small psittacine birds, etc. These gloves are well worth the investment. Keep several on hand so you can wash them in between patients.

Must have if handling difficult small animals!
I have used these gloves in small animal private practice, primarily with cats but they have also been useful with small dogs. My technicians and I have been saved from possible cat bites and scratches on a number of occasions. We use them to gently handle fractious cats as well as perform nail trims on uncooperative small dogs to avoid getting our arms scratched up. They are very comfortable and flexible compared to other gloves on the market while providing great protection. I highly recommend these gloves for anyone in the animal field. I just wish these came as x-ray gloves too!

Excellent choice for wildlife rehabilitators
I have used these gloves for both wildlife capture and rehab and know when I am going to grab an injured animal that I am protected from injury but can also have the mobility necessary to make quick adjustments when necessary. They are pretty easy to clean also.I have used these with hawks, raccoons, squirrels, opossums, porcupines, foxes and many more.
