Very important home repair essential
It's the updated model with the optics that allows the picture to be in focus at longer distances。After fully charging the battery。 It seems the cell phone data signal was interfering and once my phone was in airplane mode and connected to the camera's WiFi the image instantly appeared.The light hits the edge and reflects back so strongly that you cannot see anything in the mirror itself. I rebooted a couple times thinking the video was actually hung, when it was just the static image of the edge. You can clearly view the area several inches away from the camera whereas other endoscopes require the camera to be within a couple of inches from the area you want to view.

Garbage sadly.
Im reasonably tech savvy. Spent 2 hours trying to make it work with no luck. Would not connect, kept powering off. Wish I would have tested it out sooner. Too late to send back.
