NovogratzHer Majesty Upholstered Daybed with Trundle, Twin Size Frame, Blue Linen

After looking in furniture and department stores, we purchased this day bed for my daughter who moved into an apartment she shared with roommates. She wanted to have a bed that could also function as a couch when she watched TV in her room. This bed comes in two options, one with drawers or one with a trundle. We purchased the trundle.The bed is in a 10 foot box and quite heavy. We took the pieces out of the box and brought them to the room. It was easy to assemble and took about 1.5 hours. Good quality for the money. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. Extra hardware was provided.The couch arrived in perfect condition. The grey material is beautiful and linen-like, comfortable to the touch. The tufting adds some elegance to the room.The trundle rolls out easily; however, she ended up putting plastic bins and uses it as storage. If a mattress is placed inside, it can only take a 6" mattress. Anything more will not fit. It would be nicer if they allowed for more modern sized mattresses.The other con to this couch is that a 6" mattress would fit the daybed best. Since most spring mattresses are at least 8", the top of our mattress is almost at the same level as the arms of the couch.This is one of the best daybeds that I have found -- sturdy, easy to assemble, beautiful material and styling, and a great price!

This gray fabric daybed with trundle is really pretty. It went together well - all the holes lined up so the bolts and screws went in easily. The instructions were clear (which is a minor miracle for these things) and all parts and spare parts were in the package. It looks like good quality. The only drawback was when the box was delivered, there was a gash in the side of the cardboard box, and the lining was torn, but it is in a spot that will be covered by the mattress, though we did use some extra strength black tape to bring the edges together. Really enhances the kids' playroom. We haven't gotten the mattresses on yet - just put it together today - but it seems sturdy and I hope will hold up well. I expect it to, so I do so far highly recommend this product.

Looks great, sturdy, easy to assemble. No missing pieces.

This was very easy for me to assemble, however I do have a lot of experience putting things together. There is a lot of pieces but the instructions are clear cut and they do a great job at dividing the parts up and labeling them. This took me around one hour to put together. The product is sturdy and the pieces line up well just remember not to fully tighten any bolts tell the end. It also helps speed things up if you have a ratchet screw. Overall I'm super pleased with the product!

Looks wonderful in the guest room/office. The navy blue has a classic look. I put up beige curtains to accent the headboard, which is comfortable sans pillows. Sturdy enough for two adults (around 6ft and at 160lbs & 190lbs) to be on at the same time. Easy to assemble. I was thrilled to find such a nice trundle daybed for a reasonable price. Worth it!

Love this bed!! Let me begin with delivery; the box is heavy so expect some bumps and bruises. Nothing was damaged and all parts were included. Assembly took roughly 1.5 hours, the directions were in bound paper format and easy to understand and read. You MUST follow directions especially when you begin installing the slats. You don't want to miss the important step of the slats being curved (for a reason) and the 'Y' connector. If you make a mistake, you will damage the connector and you have limited extra parts. The slats and connectors seem loose, however, are for good reason. The curve must be arc up so when you place the mattress they expand. That is also why they are loose, to expand and contract. The bed is sturdy, the fabric is lovely. If you are worried about stains with children, simply spray with scotch guard. The bed fits an 8 inch mattress nicely, however, the trundle will be snug. We placed a one inch wood block under main bed legs to add additional space for the trundle because we wanted an 8 inch mattress vs 6 inch on the trundle. It also allows for a blanket to stored more easily. Overall, this bed is beautiful!

I got this in a twin for a small spare bedroom to open some space since the Queen bed we had in there took up almost the entire room. It looks great and can be used as seating when not used as a bed, just pile on some throw pillows against the back board and you basically have a loveseat. It was fairly simple to put together and seems sturdy. I've slept on it as a 5'7" 135 lbs adult with no issues.

I really wanted to love this bed. Instead I just like it. The assembly wasn't difficult. Once put together it was pretty nice. It was purchased for my spared bedroom. I had a teenager come live with me for about 6 months, and he slept on this bed. The trundle came in handy when friends or family would stay over.My only problem is that the support boards didn't last long. I don't know if it was weak boards or teenager or a mix of both. This young man was only about 120 pounds, so I know it wasn't a weight issue. The bottom side of the mattress I put on the bed is torn up from daily use on this bed. Not just where the broken boards are, but anywhere weight was put on the bed where the mattress lays on the boards. I don't have spare pieces, so I will be purchasing a piece of plywood to lay down for support.

We bought this for our cottage bunkie - my son sleeps on it and can have friends sleep over when he is old enough. During the day we use it as a couch. It was simple enough to build, although did take some time. It looks exactly like the picture and the colour is perfect. We love it!

I ordered my product on a Wednesday, the tracking system said the package would arrive on Friday. I kept track of where my package was at all times and when it was supposed to be delivered and it said by 8 pm, checked the tracker and it said that delivery was attempted, but no one came to deliver. Long story short...the product came on the Monday and I then understood why they did not want to deliver it. Apparently the product is at least 150 lbs and they sent 1 small guy to deliver to a 2nd floor apartment. I had no one to help him and I wasn't notified that he may need help. The person who is responsible for the start and completion of the order should make sure that there is also help when being delivered.Love the product. It was easy to assemble, just missing 8 screws for the caster wheels on the trundle bed.

This is a solid piece and was easy to assemble. The material is decorative yet strong.

We Used this for extra sleeping in the travel trailer and Used with zinus 8 inch foam mattresses and everything fits perfect. Feels solid enough. I'm 250 and sit and sleep on it fine, but I wouldn't want to jump on it. Great material but this fit our purpose perfectly as it is much lighter then a standard couch or pull out.
