Proprietary .hkv files don't play on a computer
This camera video files are .hkv files. if you want to download and play on your computer good luck finding an application that will play them. I have both a PC and a Mac computer and I cannot play this format on either PC or Mac. You can watch on your mobile device with the BulbCam app but there is no ability to fast forward through the video or to stop it if you want to freeze. No ability to save unless you put on another device. You cannot email the file either. It is a false sense of security to think that you have video but you cannot play it.
