Must have Tools
It is important have quality tools nothing worse then putting a job aside due to a broken or damaged tool. Start with quality and finish the job. Grace tools are a Quality tool.

The right punch for the right job
I used several of these to get some stubborn pins started, then finished the job with longer, regular-sized pins (which I'm pretty sure would've bent if I hadn't begun with these starter pins first).

starter punch
I kept bending my 1/16" long punch, so I bought this set of starter punches, it has saved my long punches. These starter punches also make it easier to punch tight pins.

You need these if you're starting pins.
These work great. Use them to start your pins, but don't bash on them. I used them recently for a build and they worked great.

Buy it. You know you need it.
Full length drive punches often flex a and bend before a pin starts to move. This type of starter punch eliminates that problem. Quality is very high. Purchased a set for a gunsmith friend. Was so impressed I purchased a second set for myself.

Quality gunsmithing tools.
Grace USA makes excellent tools. Use these when you need to knock a pin loose. the longer ones will bend or slide off when you strike it. Grace USA also stands behind their tools 100% if you break one, give them a call and they will get a replacement out to you.

Work great, don't waste your money on cheap junk only to have to buy these later anyhow.
Man these punches worked great!I wasted so much time and money on cheap punch sets that would just fold up and break when trying to punch out a really hard pin on an SKS. These did the trick in just a couple of minutes.
