I bought this book because I like reading about business and seeing new ideas I hadnt thought of. Unfortunately while this is a interesting book it does not hold true to real life. I had a issue with one of this companys locations and got no answer even from corporate. The book paints a good picture of how a business should run but its fiction for me.

You Must Always Tune Your Skills
I've remained an avant supporter of Ken Blanchard for years. Personally and as a sales trainer, no one identifies the phyce of a salesperson better than Blanchard and his collegues when it comes to basic sales philosophy and psychology.
