Lovely head bands look expensive and hold the hair back well with no slipping

This item was described as ‘padded velvet’- it is neither. Still a useful hair band - flat and covered in a black Matt satiny material, just not what I expected from the description, but what did I expect for just under £5!

It's a cheap weak plastic. There is no sign of velvet and it doesn't look like in the picture. You can buy them at the pound shop. Very disappointed.
