Bought 6 of these (could have used only 4) and mounted them in the Arizona heat at dusk in the driveway. Two at a time.So long as you have a hole saw to get through the decking it all goes smoothly. Helps if you have a friend to hold the bolts down on top as you tighten them, but I just used a spare tire and a heavy bow instead.The key thing is to make sure the longer part of the mounting plate covers one of the cross-members so your tied item is part of the decking and the trailer frame.

These are very good value. The bolts are solid and good quality, the backing plates are substantial, and the anchors are heavy duty. Note that you don't need a hole saw if you have a jigsaw. Just use the backing plates as a template, draw a circle and drill/cut. Easy peasy. These are solid and easy to install. I got them today and had them in place in about 45 minutes.

When mounting to a wood floor be prepared to drill some holes. This product is overkill for a 600 pound ATV
