Looks Great......but
I will start by saying the 3 most important reasons why we ordered this deck box - 1 - it looks great - check - 2 - it holds lots of cushions without being overly clumsy - check - 3 - it keeps the cushions super dry because of the completely waterproof zip-up lining. The only reason we can't give it 5 stars is the confusing assembly and instructions. We contacted the seller and they were prompt in responding about the hydraulics, telling us it was assembled incorrectly. We never bothered to re-assemble it because it's time consuming and a bit of work, and our managing without the hydraulics. They should just have clearer instructions.

Terrible product
The storage unit will not close at all. Now when it rains all the water goes inside to the vinyl area that is protecting it . There is no number to contact to get help. DO NOT BUY THIS PRUDUCT.

No assembly required
Feel so good about this purchase, this storage bench is firm and comfortable, my daughter like lying on it. No assembly required, it's so convenient! It's also larger than my expectation, lovely extra seating and storage space. Highly recommend!

Nice piece
The only reason for not giving it a 5 star is due to the fabric liner which goes inside. It could have been made slightly wider so the velcro adheres and lines up in the corners. It is a little tight and does not fit completely. Nevertheless, we are using it, are happy with the product for storing our many chair cushions, bench cushions and other items from our patio and deck.

Looks great and allows me to store my outdoor cushions as I had hoped. However, the hydraulic lid supports will not allow the lid to stay closed and there is no way to adjust the supports that I can find. Now way to contact Orange Casual customer support that I can find. Otherwise, it would be a 5 star review.

Personally I'm very impressed at the price. Yes you have to put it together. Its a big step up from the Depot/Keter/Suncast stuff. Looks legit. Nice gas struts.

The perfect balcony storage bin.
Relatively easy to put together, even for a seventy year old more comfortable with a cast iron pan than a wrench. Very sturdy, holds a bunch of balcony gardening tools, fertilizers and soil and looks great!
