Almost perfect gimbal stabilizer
I bought this for my new DSLR, it took me two days straight to get this working. It takes patience then you're good to go! I have only two complaints: 1) There's no battery life sign for the batteries on the gimball, which made it difficult to determine the life, it lasted me 3-4 hours of use. 2) I didn't receive a quick plate release!

Totally Ripped Off
Product did not have the items in the box. It was assembled wrong. Wires are hanging out of the stick. Don’t even work.

Wouldn't even turn on
This has probably been the biggest disappointment of a product I have ever ordered.First off, the instruction manual was extremely unhelpful in actually setting up the gimbal; the images provided inside the booklet being unclear, and the language used sounding like the person writing was a grammatically sound child. Though, that is more of a personal gripe than an actual complaint.No, my actual complaint is that the gimbal just doesn't work; it won't turn on. I sat for several hours waiting for the batteries to charge; watching over them personally until all the lights on the bay were green- and after putting them in the handle; after going through the arduous process of orienting the three arms, no matter what I did I couldn't even get the button to light up, never mind turn on the whole gimbal.And since it seems to be the copy-paste response complaints get from Moza, as I've seen from looking around, yes; I have hooked it up to my laptop and installed the drivers; opened the assistant- it didn't change anything.This was the first piece of film equipment I had gone out of my way to save for; taking me several months on my less-than-impressive weekly income, and I was so, so excited for it to arrive. But all of that was for nothing, I suppose. I will be returning this product, and I will be asking for a full refund.

It damaged my camera and lenses without working well
Honestly .. it doesn’t work well with my camera, My camera Canon 5D mark IV got a lot of scratches and one of my lenses has been broken because of this gimbal.I would recommend this gimbal for people who has cameras like Sony a6500, Sony A7
