Why don’t the suppliers read the reviews! Lovely laptop, purchased 3 but the chargers were all broke. Replacements sent but didn’t charge the laptops. Really disappointed children who are trying to do school work while on lockdown without the laptops they got for Christmas.

It's ok, it works like a computer. It dies very quickly, like 2 and a half hours quickly and it works rather slowly when typing but it does load thing fast like internet and videos.

I thought I would treat myself to a notebook laptop for a back up as my main laptop is going faulty and is in for repair .so I saw this fancy cherry ultra laptop notebook as it was a good price got it delivered on time as stated unwrapped it pressed the power button cane on and told me to restart the laptop .waited and waited and waited nothing absolutely nothing happened .the power light was on but when I was charging the battery it wouldn't charge again the power button was on but still nothing so I sent it back absolutely rubbish if you are thinking of buying a laptop notebook do not I repeat do not buy the peace of junk avoide it at all cost do not buy this

Ok if you just want a word processor or you dont mind waiting

I had to put 1 star rating on all as when opened the product on day one - there was a small amount of power enough to connect wifi then went to charge it - it would not charge - I thought when products get sent out to customers it gets checked - looks like this one didn't or the charger was faulty - my advice be cautious about his company. It states on company name 'uk' - a little mis-leading as the company is based in China - I bought it thinking it was 'UK' based - I will be getting in touch with advertise standards over this as you know that misleading the public is illegal.

A very nice slim and compact unit. Screen/lid has firm hinges to allow steady movement and placement. Good battery life and easy to charge with supplied charger.Works straight away out of the box. Screen resolution very good. Nice firm keypad and responsive touchpad (clicking/tapping & scrolling). Video and sound very sharp and clear. USB & Wifi connection instant and reliable.No touch screen (not particularly bothered by this) - unsure whether this is a software or hardware issue.Overall - excellent value for money to meet my needs for a notebook and introduction to windows10

Great value for money for a first laptop for my ten year old. The only down side is the charger connection. Not the best

Total crap, Manufacturer fails to answer repeated communications. Device delivered to UK, with battery compartment empty! Hence unable to recharge "battery"stuck at 2% charge level and black screen after 15 seconds of battery warning slogan. Item starts up, shows windows 10 start page, then blacks out.Avoid purchase of this product and certainly do not buy as birthday gift, that was my mistake.
