Fast delivery, easy to install, works well
I needed a new battery for my Dell laptop after less than a year. I ordered this one and it arrived promptly. To my surprise, the package even contained two small screwdrivers. After removing the bottom of the laptop case, the battery was easy to remove and to then replace with this new one. The battery arrived about 50% power. There are recommendations for charging / discharging to maximize batter life. So far, I am very pleased.

Quit holding charge after a year
Battery worked fine until a year or so old and then it stopped holding any charge at all. Just outside of warranty.

Nearly used for 2 years
The battery became completely drained after 2 years. At first not that bad gave nearly 3.5 hours (less than the original battery) but also was useless earlier than the original that took 4 years . I always use this laptop plugged in and also configured the BIOS to optimize the battery for "always" plugged laptop. Then nothing different.

The battery was for my Dell laptop. It was more difficult to install than I anticipated, so I had to pay someone to install it for me.

Just installed so too early to talk about battery life but it was pretty straight forward to install. So far, seems like a good buy
