In concept, this is great. It was a cinch to connect and set up. The problem is that I have to connect to the bathroom sink, then bathe the fur babies in the tub. This claims the hose is 8 feet long. Maybe before it was tightly coiled. It would barely reach the 6 feet I needed it to. I tried adjusting the pup so I wouldn’t have to pull on the hose so much, he escaped and drenched me and the bathroom. I hope to contact the seller for a longer hose, or find an alternative hose that is not so stiff.Wow! Amazing customer service. Longer hoses were put in the mail immediately! Thank you so much!

Wondurdog Quality Sink Faucet Pet Wash KitReceived and unfortunately the adapter for my Delta sink faucet did not fit. Texted customer service who replied within an hour. They did not have an adapter that would fit my faucet but asked that I give them a week to work on it. A couple of days later I received am email advising the had found an adapter & express mailed the package.The pet kit has made washing my resisting pests so much easier & it great for washing my hair!Highly recommended

How did I ever live without this shower attachment?! I've had several chihuahuas in the past and bath time was something I dreaded. I don't have a bathtub so I have to bathe my chiweenie in the kitchen sink. Even though I have a sprayer attachment next to the faucet, it is a real hassle to bathe my dog, and he hated it! What a mess!The same day I received this I attached it to my kitchen faucet. It was so great that all the adapters were included and one fit my faucet. Easy peasy. It was bath day, so I plopped him in and started to wet him down. At first he objected but stopped as though he sense something was different. By the time I was almost done rinsing, his eyes were half closed and he actually groaned. (He groans when I rub his tummy.) It's nice to be able to use a stroking motion while rinsing. This helps keep his long hair tangle free and he loves it.No water on the floor or on me. It's easy to turn the diverter on a bit to rinse my hand. The on and off switch on the shower head is genius. Very sturdy and great quality. The whole thing is genius! I've recommended it to several pet owners at my apartment complex.

I have been looking for a better way to bathe my fur queens and recently purchased the sink faucet kit. I selected this product over similar items because it seemed to be better quality and because reviews mentioned positive experiences with customer service. I also like that they donate a portion of sales to thepetfund.I am very happy with the quality of the kit and the assortment of adapters included. Although a number of adapters were included, I found my faucet is not compatible with any of them (Kohler Forte).I emailed Wondurdog hoping they might have a solution and quickly received a response. They went out of their way to assist me - even contacted Kohler for more information. An additional adapter was shipped within a few hours of my original email!I am very impressed with their service and can't wait to try the kit.Update:I received the additional adapter in 2 days - fits great. Outstanding service!

This shower attachment is really wonderful! I had been bathing our almost 50lb basset mix in the bathtub dumping cups of water over her for over a year. Thankfully she likes a bath, but it took SO long to get her wet and rinsed and adjusting the temperature again for clean rinse water was always a challenge. We have a separate standing shower,and I could never think of a way to use it without getting drenched myself.I can’t believe it took me so long to research if there was the possibility of something else! I am lucky that our bathtub actually has a Roman faucet with aerator so I was able to attach it right there instead of over on the sink. I do think the included hose would have been too short to work there. Assembly was easy, no extra adapter needed and my dog was clean and well rinsed in about half the usual time! She loved it, and bath time is so much easier now!!

Since the instructions really encourages you to contact Wondurdog in case you have issues so I did.Damon, the angel, told me he had no idea how to solve but He would investigate and come back to you. Maybe 1,5 hours later he came up with a solution that he wasn’t sure that would work but I decide to try. Bingo! He shipped the part and there we go, Teebo and I will be forever grateful! He is the only one getting wet from now on! Wondurdog you have the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Thank you so much!
