I can sit in this chair for hours
Since we've been home for 5 months, I decided I needed to buy a comfortable chair. I was looking for this one because it's the same chair I use in the office. I love it. Also, great customer service. The chair came with only 4 wheels instead of 5 and their customer service sent a whole new set of wheels overnight which was much appreciated.

Thoroughly disappointed
I deliberately selected a chair that was at a mid-range price point because I didn't want a low-quality chair. I haven't even had the chair for one month, and the backrest just snapped. I am livid.

No mantiene la altura
Después de dos semanas de uso el pistón comenzó a fallar, después de unos minutos la altura empieza a descender. Debe ser un defecto de fábrica, por lo demás la silla es muy cómoda pudiendo estar durante jornadas realmente largas sin sentir fatiga, la posibilidad de ajustar los reposabrazos es también muy útil, el soporte lumbar es muy bueno, aunque el asiento se siente un poco corto, si se pudiera deslizar hacia adelante sería también un gran acierto.
