Hardcover Graph Ruled Spiral Notebook, 5.8 x 8.3 Inches A5, Transparent, 160-Page 80-Sheet Square Grid Journal (AWPPS1)

I loved this journal for doing math and running numbers. I lost it but I must get another one.

I often have to make technical sketches so I wanted a notebook with graph paper to help me keep lines straight and level as well as maintain a good sense of dimensional relationships. Just scribbling on blank paper was no good. This is also useful for floor plans. The paper has good feel, although it is ever so slightly translucent, so the grid and writing or sketches on the back side or even the sheet behind may be barely visible. The transparent covers are made from sturdy polypropylene sheet, which means they can protect the pages from a stray splash. A couple of holes on the back cover allow the elastic cord to be installed to keep the book closed when not in use. Just poke the metal ends through from the back then let them lay flat so they can't pull back out through the holes, then stretch the cord around the front cover.It is a little pricey, though, so I only use pencil on it so it's erasable and correctable. My mechanical pencil slides easily into the end of the wire comb binding, where it's protected from damage and loss yet still easily accessible. A slim ballpoint pen would also probably fit, as long as it's not one of the fancy ones with an expanded rubberized grip.

I can be extremely picky about journals and writing material... it takes me quite a while to settle on the right product to unleash my torrent of musings, mutterings, magical thinking, and more... this journal is perfect for me, and I can't believe the price... its worth way more, but please don't raise it! Us writers need affordable awesome materials....The transparent cover is a sturdy plastic, the graph ruled paper is just the right thickness - standard Pilot G2 pens bleed through just a tad, but not so much that you can't make use of the opposite side of each page. The elastic closure came unattached and perhaps broken... I couldn't figure out how to fix it to the journal... maybe I'm not a wizard after all.. but no worries. Who needs to close it.. I tend to be an open book.

I didn’t have any problems with shipping aside from my package arriving at a different address. The notebook itself is overall great. I don’t know what the string does, though.. and nor can I get it together?I don’t really need it either way. Great product!

I fell in L O V E with this notebook, its perfect for Journaling. The transparent cover allowed me to customize it to my liking, draws me back to it.I like the sheerness, size and just overall how nice it looks....so cute and easy to carry in my bag.The Square grid was my number one interest then the amount of sheets, thickness and of course the price of this notebook is awesome.I just received my second one just yesterday that I reordered.I've recommended this notebook to my friends and to other people who journal or simply for notes, school etc.I'm very please.

I have two of these going simultaneously ... one for work where I both take meeting notes AND scribble drawings of things to get my thoughts in order on a project. And the other is a personal journal where I record thoughts, events, AND project diagrams. LOVE these notebooks!

I’ve been using this as a daily task/bullet journal since January (7 months) and it has been great. Minimal bleed through, no bending, and the spine has been fine. I kept this in my book bag for a large majority of the time, and there hasn’t been any wear on it. The only thing I would want to improve is that there isn’t any place to hook my pen reliably, so I ended up taping some elastic to the edge of the back cover so that my pen could be attached when not in use. Highly recommend to someone who wants to try out bullet journaling or any other sort of daily journaling.

From the cover to the binding and the paper, it's all very solid. A hardy and versatile little notebook. I will continue to buy them as needed and for gifts.
