It definitely takes a few tries to get it right but it did the job. Got it within a week of ordering. I’ve used the tyme iron which is the professional brand they use in salons and I think did just as good. It’s weird at first cause you have to learn which way to use. Worth the money for sure.

Instructions are useless. Still trying to figure out how to hold it to get same curls on both sides of my head - it’s just awkward. I considered returning after the first use but hung onto it and now I’m well past my return window. It doesn’t curl and sounds awful when my hair thins out as I move it down the strands to the ends. Just not happy with the product.

I have long and thin hair. They're not very curly, but they look very messy normally. I purchased this mainly to straighten my hair and make a neat look for work. It works perfectly! It is easy to handle, and very well-designed. It also doesn't require a long time to heat up, so I love using it. My friend tried curling her hair (she has thick straight hair) with it and the result was perfect as well! After curling her hair with this styling tool, her hair look like they are naturally curly! Creates big wavy look, we love it!

It's a gift for my wife. She has a lot of hair, but the straightener works well. Heat fast and got all her hair done in 15 mins.

Used for the first time today. It heats up fast and easy to use. Works well so far.This is a good flat iron. I have very thick hair and it can keep my hair straight in few mins. It heats up really quickly. The cord is nice and long. The travel case is nice. So far, I have not had any problems with this product.

It’s great to use on a client or other person, not great to use on yourself. Disappointed

I absolutely love this iron! It doesn’t straiten well, but that not why I bought it anyway. Once you get the hang of the twist in the wrist, it gives me the PERFECT messy beachy curls. Works just as well as the Tyme iron that is $170! Definitely recommend!
