Totally dissapointed with this Item. The backing is not good and the whole thing looks more like a large rug than Astroturf. When looking to return what I'd purchased it seems you have to pay extra in order to post it. The said item is 15ft long and really heavy with it, which means I would need to hired a van in order to get it to the nearest post office to post - Extreamly angry that Returns fall onto the shoulders of the buyer for such a large item!I would reccomend that before anyone even thinks of buying this Astrotruf that they "ORDER A SMALL SAMPLE FIRST" - this way you will get to see how POOR this product is. As it is I'm now stuck with it - totally annoyed!

This is called 'budget' and it is (think: more like green-grocers than Lords Cricket Ground). It's a short of rubbery, holey sheet with a few millimetres of green shred stuck to it. It's easy(ish) to cut with a decent pair of scissors, and relatively easy to get it to look reasonable on the ground. "Real" astroturf has bags and bags of sand thrown over it to weigh it down - this won't stand such treatment as it's too short-pile. I've stuck mine down with a few U-shaped metal pegs.It's a completely different green from any of the actual grass we've got, but it looks a lot better than the bare earth it's covering (and means the kids won't get muddy feet on it). In my case it's under a tree swing, so time will tell how quickly friction from feet on it will wear it away (not long would be my guess). That said, it's still going to provide the no-muddy-shoes benefit, even if it loses it's look a bit.

Used to cover some pallets we used to put a hot tub on, for that purpose it's fine. I would use one of the better more expensive types if you want to use the grass to walk or play on.

Did the intended job looks good a good purchase for the price.

oh this is great stuff I wished I could afford to put it down in the whole of my garden instead off the real grass. as I need low maintenance due to artrhitis. my garden is 60' long+ and 30' wide. I've made a little area as a patio and it works and looks lovely. thank you

really happy with this artificial grass. it doesnt look "real" but for the kids to play on it does the job. and at this price i dont have to worry about "looking after" it. i just pressure wash it down and if it doesnt last the winter i'll buy another roll!

An area of lawn had died due to lack of water I wanted something to cover it and be low maintenance so orderd this productPut It down no problem it looks goodAnd keeps the weeds down

For the price this is a good product and as we have put it in an area where if is not on view it is good for the job. If you want something that looks more realistically like grass be prepared to pay more. But I have no complaints about the quality considering what we paid for it.
