I'm adding more taurine to my diet for health benefits and anti-inflammatory properties from such an important amino acid. They're fine as a generic suppliment added to my multi-vites and regular diet. I haven't taken them long enough to notice a difference. The pills are fairly large and gel capped so there really is no flavor. No trouble to swallow.

My family swears by these. We were skeptical at first because of the price but we are true believers now. We’re repeat buyers.

I've got everyone with high blood pressure on 3g/day of this. Unbelievable how it reduces BP. Has tons of other health benefits. Don't take more than 6g/day. Ton's of medical research available...just google.
