Moonman MAJOHN M2 Fountain Pen, Clear Transparent Acrylic, Eye Dropper Filling, Large-Capacity Ink Storing, Writing Calligraphy Pen Gift Set (Extra Fine Nib)

This is a great price for a quality pen. It is well designed and if you have never written with a fountain pen before, this would be a great starter pen. I tried this pen using Pelikan Edelstein ink for calligraphy and journal writing. The Edelstein is a good ink which also has some lubricants, so your results may differ. I thought the iridium gold tip wrote beautifully. It's smooth writing, but softer than the stainless steel tips, so if you press too hard, it may change your ink flow. No scratching, nice ink flow and consistently good writing. The pen top screws on, which means you can transport it in your bag or pocket without worries about leaking. No problems with filling and getting the pen started. Initially, I got the wrong size so check this before you fill it with ink. It is also visible on the outside of the box under the M2 (although hard to read through semi-opaque box). Also there is F or EF for the nib size nib inscribed on the tip. The sizing was honest for what you would expect for an extra fine or fine tip. Good pen - highly recommended.

I ordered this item because I like the demonstrator clear look and eyedropper fill. I returned it because it would not write properly. They credited me once it was received by them, then they charged me again for it. They never marked the return complete, so they keep charging me for the same returned item!! I have had to call them twice now for a refund. Screwed up system they have or someone just isn't paying attention to the process.

The pen holds an amazing amount of ink. Holds almost 5ml of ink. The extra fine nib is great. Must learn to hold the nib in the correct position for the pen to write properly. Some pens are designed so that you can feel the correct position of the nib. This pen does not have that I wish it did. I use this pen as my main pen and I use it daily. Very happy with the pen. Will buy it again if I wear this one out.

I like it but the waterproof inch gets stuck.I will recomen it and buy a second one.

Very fine nib. I like an extra fine nib and this pen has it! The plastic is extremely clear and makes for a pretty pen. This thing writes smoothly and evenly. It is easily my favorite right now. I don't know if I can use Carbon ink in it and am afraid to try, but being able to do that and having a pocket clip would be the only improvements I can think of at this time. I really like this pen.

The pen writes well, love the ink storage are, both clearly visible and large. The nib writes well with very little feedback (it IS a fine, so I would expect a little bit). Came on time and well packaged. Have already bought a second one!

A little expensive (20$ for a pen) but is a nice pen, holds lots of ink and writes nicely I would buy it again

I tried many different inks, and it simply would not write. The tines of the nib were too tight - I could barely get a brass shim through it. I also tried it with a Goulet EF nib, which was marginally betterI think the feed was faulty.In any case, I returned for a full refund.
