upon arrival of two pairs of these pants the fit was correct they look extremely well for the price nice furry microfiber type lining was well happy. Got them for riding mountain bike set off in light drizzle by the time we had done 20 miles I had a wet ass and the second pair was close behind this means they are not waterproof there was nice and warm and very comfortable to wear but are in fact showerproof having said that for the price the cut and the fit make them a good bye just so long as you are happy with water resistance so they are going to lose marks for this problem

I bought these for all round use, colder days, walking, out doing photography etc, ...I have however one quibble about this,It was a reason for my decision other than their obvious practicality an other use to buy them , ie the styling and slim fit look ... .I believe that the nice sleek shaped pic of these in the advert, makes them look like they will slip on and hug your calves and the lower leg , an the zip will be there just to aid getting on an off and their fit....Thus will look more and fit like a proper cycling pant .THIS IS NOT THE CASE ! ...Even with a lighter pair on underneath, I wont need to use that zip feature at all .Im six foot with a waist that can fluctuate from 34 to 36 inches , so i bought the 3 xl which suggests a fit of 33 to 37 inch waist but the item that arrived does not look fit wise as shown !Whilst I dont think there appears to be anything wrong with said item, the picture used for these is totally misleading and is essentially an aesthetic misrepresentation of the item you receive style wise ...Its an idealised image, which is what i hoped i was actually buying , so two stars removed for this ... ..

Good quality trousers, comfortable and water proof. Size is a little bigger than U.K. size.

Great pants that are nice and thick for cold weather and feature really good water resistance.The only issue I have with these is that the lower leg opening doesn’t taper off enough so remains quite wide which means they run quite close to the chain. Although I’ve not used these on a trail yet, I can imagine that they would possibly become caught in the chain if I were to.Order true to your size as they fit as expected. If you’re looking for a very well priced, hard wearing and good mountain bike pants, you can’t really go too wrong with these

I have found these trousers very warm and waterproof although I have not yet been out in torrential rain. The size guide is also accurate. Two small improvements would be nice. - Although the ankle cuff has not caught in the chain, the cuff when zipped closed could be a little tighter. - I also find the knee area a little tight to bend. I think a bit more material in the knee area would solve that. However, I have bought another pair a size larger and these make excellent semi baggy winter walking trousers and the zipped pockets are large enough for a phone and wallet.Overall very good value when compared to some cycling brand names.

The fleece lining makes these trousers very warm, perhaps too warm for exercise if it's not cold enough outside. I bought the 2XL for a 35" waist and could probably have got away with the lower size but there is a draw string on the waist so it's not a problem. Length is fine, I'm 6'. The trousers kept me dry in a shower but not worn in proper rain yet. They are not restrictive and are comfortable to ride in. The 3 zippered pockets are a good size, even the one lower on the leg which has a shorter zip. Overall very pleased and would recommend.

Tried these 1st time on my way to work after weeks of rain I was sick of getting to work with wet clothes these are dry warm but no padding on bum area suggest wearing a padded pair shorts underneath apart from that Reccomend these not had torrential rain yet so will see how dry I am soon.

XL fits 34 waist perfectly. Leg length a bit short but not a problem for cycling/walking.They haven’t let water in & are very warm. The material doesn’t breathe, so probably no good for vigorous cycling in anything more than zero degrees.The cut of these trousers bears little resemblance to the pic in the ad - They do not taper and that means they may get caught in bike chain. Will probably use these more for dog-walking
