I needed to raise my desk three inches so I could keep my chair at its maximimum height and still be able to get my legs under the desk. My desk is very old and heavy, packed with files and office supplies. I have had trouble with risers breaking in the past, even risers for under a bed with weight distributed over six legs.These particular risers are extremely impressive! They are structured to be able to hold a tremendous amount of weight, and at the same time, have rubber bottoms so that they have less chance to slide and less chance to scratch a wooden floor. The top of the riser is a surprise. It has a dense foam rubber layer to allow legs to "settle" into a depression, to help keep the legs from sliding around on top of the riser. Even more - There were two rectangular dense foam pieces (removable, if not needed) that could be used to hold a roller in place, like bed coaster wheels.Pros: - Structured to hold very high weight loads - Rubber bottom to reduce sliding on slippery floors and also prevent scratching fragile floors - Foam layer on top to reduce the chance of legs from sliding on top of the coaster - Extra foam pieces made to be able to capture a wheel or roller - They are large, able to handle larger leg sizes. - The large size spreads the load out over a larger area, so on carpeting, they will leave less of a permanent indentation in the carpet.Cons: - They are large, should you want them to be inconspicuous.These are the best risers I have seen for heavy applications, and I would certainly buy them again. I am very happy with this purchase.

I am using these bed risers to raise my bed a couple of inches in order to be able to store some things under my bed. These are very sturdy and stable. I like the extra foam pieces that are provided that seem to stabilize the bed legs and keep them from sliding around. The indented top of the riser also helps to prevent the legs from sliding off. It gives just the right amount of extra space under my bed without raising it too high. I'm very happy with these!

We needed to raise our bed a couple of inches. We needed the 8 pack…two feet on headboard and six feet on frame. These are well made and super sturdy! The bed frame has not moved off these!

I have a wooden bed frame with sleek yet chunky legs, and wished to elevate the bed high enough to accommodate some deep plastic bins. These work perfectly! Each piece has a thin rubber liner so there will be no shifting about once set. They are steady. And my bed is now high enough to accommodate some large, deep plastic bins for under bed storage.I have been hunting for an inexpensive yet non-ugly way to accomplish this, as I have a studio, and the bed is in view in the one main room.These risers look exactly as shown. They were the first white ones I saw; the others were either black, or a kind of beige that I did not wish to look at. I hoped white would be less obtrusive. Well. They stand out visually... so any hope I had of presenting a beautiful appearance is kind of flattened by these bright plastic black and white things.Still, at this point, with the need for hidden extra space, the practical outweighs the aesthetic, and I am glad I bought them. I am sure there are fancier, more expensive types that look like wooden extensions out there (the brands I looked into had upset reviews mentioning the wood type crack and break); but if you don’t mind the look, these little guys are sturdy and easy to use.Update 1 year later: Still going strong, work great.

So glad I found these. I'm using them on a chair and they work great. The regular bed risers made my chair too tall but these are half the size(4 inches) and are perfect for me. I'm short so someone tall might want to stick with the tall bed risers. They have a rubber bottom so the chair does not slide around and the chair doesn't move or wobble. My chair feet are big and fit in the risers very well. The risers come with fillers that fit inside in case you have small chair feet. These would secure the chair if you needed them. I didn't need them so can't comment on how they work. Am happy with the risers and recommend them.

This is a great product. Fits the legs (3.25 in) for the adjustable bed base I purchased at Haverty's. However I returned for a 1 in version by another manufacture because they didn't have the lower size. Hoping the other one will be large enough to fit the base. Two inches was too high for our bed.

Bought these risers for one of my couches. They are extremely sturdy and look nice. In fact, I liked them so much, I bought more and put them under my three couches and two loveseats. In fact, my brother-in-law liked them so much, he had me buy a set for him. Makes getting off the couches and loveseats much easier.

I bought a gorgeous couch that seemed to sit a bit low and because I use a wheelchair, I wanted it to be about as high as where I sat in my chair due to transferring many times a day. Too low and my shoulders take wear and tear. Too high, the same. This particular set come with padding that prevents sliding but also can slide when pushed without marking up your nice floors. They have a slight dip which keeps the legs from sliding off and best of all, they can be stacked. I bought 2 sets thinking I needed more height but 2” proved to be the sweet spot. Now I have an extra set for my next piece of furniture.These attracted my attention because of the reviews, their size, and because they were stackable. There were definitely some cheaper options but do you really want to chance a few cracking due to cheap materials? That being said, they are very well made and are quite rugged making me feel at ease when sitting on my couch. If you need height, I can assure you that these will get the job done properly.

Correct rise size that I needed, fits my need thank you.

Good quality plastic. Used these to raise my elderly parents’ bed. Works perfectly!
