SB SOX Compression Socks (20-30mmHg) for Men & Women Small Black/Blue

Bought for arthritis. Brilliant. Comfy. Wash well. Funky. ( I'm only 53. Medical compression socks look awful !). Before the socks I was taking Tramadol a pain blocker. Now I am off my medication. Highly recommended

First of all these lovely socks well made and in some lovely colours, first pair I rated five star but have rated this pair low for the following reasons. Ordered a medium pair and although they were very comfortable felt they were probably a little bit large I am a shoes size 7 but very thin calfs, decided to keep them but also order a small pair as it says that small go up to 7.5 shoe. The difference in size is absolutely amazing the small size when I took them out of the packaging I thought were children’s socks although they fit in the calf shoe size I would say was more like up to a 4 or 5 and I have to stretch so much that they are uncomfortable in the feet so I will be giving them to my sister.

I bought these to use when I run long distance and race half marathon and marathon distances. Unfortunately, they won't work for that. They are a bit too thick (not moisture wicking or even close) and foot portion, especially toes are too restricted. Most running specific compression socks have spacious toe area that is not compressed and allows your toes to splay. These do not. I also think, overall, they run a bit small. I can use these for a long flight, but won't be able to wear them for the purpose I bought them for.

They are very nice but I can’t wear till the swelling goes down from knee replacement. Do not get if these are for swelling die to surgery.

I paid $19.95 for one pair of these socks and $11.95 for two pairs of dickies compression socks. There is a huge difference between the two. These are are much more compressed than the dickies.

I am a busy nurse on my feet for 12 hours. At the end of the evening my feet and legs are fatigued and swollen. I bought a very expensive pair of compression hose on the recommendation of my vascular physician and after a fitting by his staff I was left with a useless pair of hose that rolled down behind my knees causing pain due to cutting off my circulation. I read numerous positive reviews regarding the SB Sox compression socks so I purchased a pair of the pink and black in a large and I am very impressed. I wear a 9 to 9 1/2 shoe and my foot is wide. My calf is also 19 inches around. These socks were easy to put on, but fit very snug once in place. They did not roll once. My legs and feet felt amazing at the end of my shift. I had more energy and worked more efficiently. Such a reward for the price of such a simple purchase. I just bought a 2nd pair of blue/black and used the 20% coupon emailed to me by the company. It was nice that they provided a follow up courtesy email with helpful tips and a coupon.
