I just recieved this today so my review is not of long term use; However, this heating pad is wonderful so far! I immediately untied the white ribbon that it's packaged in (nice for gifting, by the way!) and read the tag. I have a new microwave that has high wattage and I appreciate the tag tells you that the heating directions are for 1000w b/c most heating pads give you directions for lower watts. Knowing that my microwave is very powerful, I only put it in for 45 seconds on 90% power. I then flipped it over and shook it up a bit to evenly distribute the grape seads and put it in for another 20 seconds on 90% power which was perfect. It stayed heated for at least 15 minutes and was sooooo soft and plush while using. It is easily pliable and can be adjusted for where ever you need to use it. I love that it is wet heat as I felt the moisture immediately. I also like that the directions say that you can add essential oil to it once it is heated even though I prob will not do this as I do not see a way to thoroughly wash out the essential oils.I have to say that I would of gladly paid 2x the price for it to be at least assembled in the USA or Australia. I understand it was made in China but was 'designed' in Australia for cost control. Sure, having your products made in China is way cheaper (plus the shipping from China to the US is a joke, it literally only cost China about a quarter to ship to us b/c of deals made) and I understand this, I just wish you could of at least put the product together outside of China. If you ever decide to make this in the US or Australia I will gladly support this and buy more!Overall this product is wonderful, soft, pliable, stays warm, and is long enough to serve many needs.

I really like this heating pad. I suffer from migraines and I try to not take my prescription unless it’s a last resort. I had a headache today so I used some essential oils along with this heating pad and I was able to avoid taking my prescription! It held the heat nicely and I like how I can drape it around my neck. I can’t wait to try it as a cold pack also! I would purchase again.

This is the perfect pillow for me. I love how soft and comfy it is. It's perfect for home or office. At work it is the perfect back cushion. And when I get home pop it in the microwave for some heat relief. I also like that it holds heat for quite a while so I don't have to keep reheating for relaxation.

So glad I got this heating pad! I love that you can microwave it to your likeness for heat. Perfect for kids so you know they can’t get burned or leave it plugged in. It’s soft and pliable to any part of your body. It’s really comforting. I use it for back cramps and love it!

So easy to use. Very pliable so can use on any part of the body easily - molds to the area needed unlike other heat pads I have tried. Holds heat well. Recently used for my ankle & it wrapped around my ankle & provided heat to the entire area - no cold spots. Highly recommend!

Love this product! Super easy to use instead of pealing off and taping things all over my neck. Plus I can reuse many many times. PLUS my wife can use it or my son! This was definitely a great buy!Only one tip: don’t heat over the 1 min mark the instructions say!

I bought this for my mom because she was using a heading pad from 1972 and I couldn't stand it anymore! This is super duper soft and appears to be great quality. Good buy!

I like that I can take this to work & put it in the microwave. I can also use it on my children without worrying about it getting to hot!!!
