It came with the handle broken off. But it's because it just glued on by hot glue gun. I feel like that a big design flaw. If I'm drinking hot tea and the handle came off, guess who gets burnt? It's beautiful, and I'm going to apoxy the handle back on. But I wouldn't buy from this company again

I bought this as a gift and it looks amazing. The packaging is very nice too.To the claim of another reviewer that the handle is put on with hot glue and is not suitable for coffee or hot tea I can't respond to, but it seems fine and the person I bought it for doesn't like her beverages scalding hot so I don't think it will be an issue. I will update if it does.Looks just as amazing in person as the photos. I wouldn't hesitate to buy this.

This was a gift for a very special lady upon retiring from her bank job. She was always so friendly. helpful and kind with her customers--we have known her for many years and I knew she loved lovely things--she only received a day ago so haven't heard from her yet--but it has to be a winner! I know I will buy more of these in the future. Thank you so much for such beautiful things so reasonably priced.

It’s a generally attractive item (The pink coloring around the bottom looks a little odd and cracked in some areas), and the glass seems pretty sturdy. However like another review stated the handle was broken upon opening the box. I agree that it looks like it’s hot glued on. I’m going to attempt to get sturdy glue to attach it. But I’m disappointed that it arrived broken.

I was very hesitant about this cup due to hot tea. After reading reviews I gave it a shot. And let me tell you, this glass is worth every penny. It is beautiful crafted and pretty heavy. The detail on it is precious (I got the Fox one due to my dog) and I will always cherish it. It came in a very nice box so it can be gifted. I have had to problem with chips or it being loose. Amazing purchase at the end of the day!

I am so in love with my cup! I find I don't even use my others anymore lol. The glass is thick enough that I feel it's better made than anything I could buy in a store for less and Enameling is so beautiful. Little matching tea spoon is so dainty I feel like a queen every morning.

Beautiful tea/ coffee cup! Came with a matching spoon. Bought the Orchid Glass for my stepmother for Christmas. She absolutely loves it and says it’s the best gift she’s ever received! It even matched her Italian antiques glasses she already had.Great purchase!

Wife loves it. She wants a couple more. There used to be a pitcher, but I can't find it anymore. :( sucks when you have to save up for stuff and then it's gone.

very beautiful cup. arrived undamaged and with a spoon in a very nice box. I was worried about it breaking as it was delivered to Australia from America, however, it was all fine. I can see how for some it was delivered broken as there is no padding inside the box so if it was shook it might cause issues but it was in two boxes so breaking won't be caused by denting as it was very protected in that regard. It is going to make a great Christmas gift.

I received my mug in no satin box. It came in a cardboard box. The looks is nothing amazing. And the mug is small. Disappointing.
