Born from action, and the halls of MIT Think of us as the Q to your James Bond. After hacking stealthy performance clothing independently for years, our team of engineers, athletes, and designers came together in 2011 in the halls of MIT. While the institution is not known for producing fashion companies, its fundamental approach to solving problems gave us the tools to invent new clothing technology. Our goal through it all is this perfect union between clothing and the human body, so to the wearer, the two feel almost indistinguishable.

Very Comfortable!
Love it - very comfortable, wish you made a "shorter" ankle high sock as well.

Socks are socks right?
Not these. Buy 1 pair and you buy another and another and another ...

Literally replaced all of my dress socks
As a warning, I'm quite bias - I know the company well. At this point, I only wear Ministry of Supply socks - these things are incredible - super soft, no odor, and shockingly comfortable. Tons of engineering under the hood from the feel of it.

These socks perform worse than regular cotton socks.
After reading about Ministry of Supply and their "high tech" products I got curious and decided to try. Given the high price tag of their merchandise I started small and bought Atlas Performance Dress socks. They looked cute and fit as expected. The first time I wore them to work they felt okay, although warmer than cotton socks. I was wearing the same super comfortable canvas sneakers with memory foam that I had been wearing for a few months with cotton socks. The second time I was doing some shopping and was wearing the same sneakers as before. I spent a few hours walking and this time got blisters on my toes. How could it possibly happen? What's more, after only 2 wears the socks already started to disintegrate, and I have yet to wash them. As a side note, the rubber bands on the socks are too strong and leave deep marks on my legs that stay for an hour or so after I take off the socks. Bottom line: it wasn't worth it. No more Ministry of Supply.
