USB type A female socket Adapter Cable For Microsoft XBOX Console

I don't really know what to say about this item, except that I can't find any fault with it. It does its job, and doesn't feel cheap. It may be a bit pricey for a simple USB cable, but it's less expensive (and easier) than alternative methods of accomplishing certain tasks. If you're looking to soft-mod an original XBox and/or expand your memory card capacity, this is the route to go. I haven't tried it with other external storage devices or peripherals, but it worked just fine with the flash drive I used for the mod. If you have a need for an adapter like this, there's no reason not to get this one.

Simple and easy to use. I found out that my copy of Mechassault isn't compatible with the softmod exploit, but that's neither here nor there. The cable is well-made and the only significant challenge I had was finding a USB stick that worked with my Xbox. Now I can hack my game saves and my Xbox both.(The reviews for this thing are starting to sound like the cast of "King of the Hill" standing by the fence, all saying, "Yup." But what can you say? It's a cable.)

Does exactly what it is supposed to do. I used it to connect a flash drive to a xbox to soft mod it. Keeping in mind that the xbox does not like flash drives too large or too new, I had to try a couple different drives to get it to read properly. I ended up using a 1GB Kingston data traveler I had stashed away in a junk drawer.

I used this to repurpose my old SD drives as Xbox memory cards, it worked fantastic. Be warned you need to use specific USB drives when using them for the Xbox.The wire came in a day. I was so happy it came that quickly. I would buy from this seller again.

Did what it was suppose to do. Was able to soft mod my original Xbox easily.I huge recommendation to everyone. I highly suggest not to give this a bad review if you have issues with it reading the newer, or larger, usb devices.This is not the cables fault. Most likely don't use one over 2GB, make sure its USB 2.0, also try and find an older model. It took me a few different usb drives to get it to work, happened to work with a small promotion one my work gave me that was 2GB.

Great little trinket that let's you hack the original Xbox. Now I can play all my favorite vintage games from DOS, NES, SNES, NEO GEO and Coin Ops.

Arrived in a timely manner, well packaged, and worked perfectly on the first try, would buy again if needed, but so far, it is looking like that will not be an issue any time soon
