Smashbox Be Legendary Cream Lipstick, Fig, 0.1 Ounce

Can’t find this color in stores anymore. Great Matt finish yet feels moist on lips but doesn’t smear like some.

This review is largely for the shade, because I'm new to lipstick and can't quite comment on the staying power. (How DO you get lipstick to stay on??)I've gotten really into blue-based red lipstick ever since I used magenta one for a Halloween costume and thought hey, I look kinda good. However, it's been difficult to find one that manages to be trendy without being too intense (ie, that magenta) or orange (ie, the Taylor Swift trend that you can only pull off if your teeth are like Ross's from that episode of friends).My skintone and hair color are usually like [the contemporary] Lauren Conrad's, and this is REALLY flattering and actually makes me look more tan and blue-eyed. Even in my paler times, it looks festive rather than gaunt.I'll report back once I figure out how to test staying power.

I had used a smashbox lipstick that I really liked but it was discontinued. So i contacted them and asked for a recommendation. They suggested trying this one. OMG! it is so much better than the old one - goes on smooth,stays on and the color is perfect for me - pale skin, blue eyes, dark hair. Will definitely buy it again.

Beautiful color

The quality is ok.It is a sweet fig color.I would want a darker shade of fig.I have been using a fig shade from another well know cosmetic company for the last ten years,but their price has more than doubled so I tried your product that has the same fig.Thank you.I ll just keep it.

This is the third time I have ordered this lipstick and I still continue to be pleased with the quality of the product.

I liked this color however I had seen it on someone in person and knew what to expect.

cela fait des années que je recherchais cette couleur figue ! très contente car cette teinte se marie très bien avec mes yeux bleus, mon teint clair et mes cheveux châtains. Livraison rapide dans un bon emballage (surtout par ce temps caniculaire). Ce rouge à lèvres tient longtemps, ne laisse pas de goût dans la bouche. Je le recommande vivement !
