The Reach Backhand Lotion Applicator - Choose Color (Tropical Teal)

My prior applicator is one from Target with the nice wooden handle but the sponge would break down after a while and needs replacing and Target finally stopped selling this applicator for some reason. Had a heckvulla of a time finding a proper replacement, reviews from those other wooden handles on amazon either says sponge refill not available or sponge too stiff and drove me away and finally settled on this plastic, at least there are refill sponges to purchase. Is OK, the sponge is medium soft so will hold your lotions but won't scratch you, is washable but sponges will break down after a while, will see how long they last. Am 5.7" and the handle feels a little short, large folks with flexibility arms trouble may need a longer handle.Six Months: the original sponge lasted through 40 use. I just found again my preferred applicator at the Dollar Store! is a bit smaller than the original but got that nice wooden handle and a larger sponge than the one in this Ad.

I have had several of these over the years. One broke and then I realized it was probably 10 yrs in use. Nice to be able to order extra pads as well.

Will have only one arm available post-op a shoulder replacement operation and will use to place moisturizer on edema legs. Very useful.

Allows one to put lotion on back effectively

This product is great for applying lotion to your back. It's easy to use and a nice quality.

Too short for complete useful coverage of itchy back. Rather flimsy and pad cover not tight. I will not buy another of the same brand.

I can reach all over my back to apply my lotion. I have been using the Reach Backhand Lotion Applicator for years. I love it!
