I am a 40e and personally even tho it states xxl is meant for 40d/e/f I think it will fit you, as there is quite a bit of stretch to it still.

I normally wear a 36 C but I got a large and I like the fit. Not sure what size they go up to but maybe try at least two sizes bigger than L.
