The original camera was supplied by Security Direct based on my previous order for DVR complete with 4 cameras. After 5 years one camera was blown down in the wind hence needing a replacement. Unfortunately the camera supplied was not compatible with my DVR however when I supplied Security Direct the model number of my DVR they quickly supplied the correct compatible camera. They kept me informed of what was going on which was great, thank you. We needed an engineer to install the camera and he said that it was easy to do.

I have a 4 channel, 2 cameras Sannce DVR. This is good. I ordered a night vision camera as I was having vandalism problems. I have now had this camera installed, and during daylight hours was fine. Come dusk, the scenery turns grey and it doesn't give any night vision. The instructions, say, needs work done with the DVR.I have now changed the camera to another cable. It does not light up any night vision. The other camera is still fine with IR. So is this camera faulty?

Camera arrived very quickly which was good. I bought it to add as an additional camera to an existing Swann DVR system, however when connected to power the red light in the lens flashes once then goes off and camera does nothing. Have emailed supplier and awaiting response so will update when they reply.Speedy reply from seller and several email exchanges as they tried to resolve the problem. Unfortunately they couldn’t so arranged a refund. Very happy with the customer service so happy to upgrade my review.
