WHY did these make me go deaf? I cant hear now

Recently bought an iPhone 10R and a new iPad pro. Each required a separate adaptor to listen to music, movies, etc using my Bose head phones. I bought the Cowin E7 head phones from Amazon for $69 and they work from blue tooth and require no cord or an adaptor. As to why an adaptor could cause your hearing issues, I cannot understand and if still having hearing problems you need to see an ENT immediately. Hope this helps.

Will this work with a camera's remote control (Sony) as an adapter to control the zoom function?

No, it doesn’t work for any device, I bought two of them and any of them work, the worst is that they didn’t allow me to return it, don’t buy this trash.

Can it be used for audio input (e.g., connecting to mono output from an electric guitar) to an iPad/Macbook?

I use it to connect my ear phone to my I pad 12.9 since it doesn’t have the same cord as the iPhone it works wonderfully
