It's rare to find a 5 star product for an appliance but this is certainly one for me. I have a standard top load Whirlpool Washer and the basket inside wouldn't spin to remove excess water during the spin cycle. After a few internet searches I learned the clutch was worn, much like brakes on a car. So after disconnecting the power and removing the agitator inside the machine(one bolt). I tilted the washer back I removed the motor (3 bolts) and swapped the clutch plate on the top to fix the issue. Now it spins like new and my wife is happy to be able to use her washer again. Win win for everyone! Hope this helped, if you're still lost check a video online, very simple fix. Drop a like to help others too!

Perfect, washer works not like it did when it was new. Very easy to install, harder to figure out how to take the cover off the washer than to replace the part. YouTube and Amazon are going to put the repair man out of business!

Great product. It was delivered on time as promised. I was able to install without any trouble. I had replaced the transmission few days ago so it was easy to install the clutch. My washer is new again!

The spin cycle on my washer wasn't really working. Bought this clutch and swapped out with the old one.Perfect, works like new again!9 bucks instead of a new washer :-)
