NO POWER SUPPLY!
This camera is sold as a wireless camera and not POE but no power supply was provided. The specs say is has a 12v power supply and that it’s “OEM HIK-VISION” however the OEM Hik comes with power supply so must not be true.

Image flakes out, overheats on H265
I have the US version of this camera (NC326-CU), 6MP. H265 on any of these small IP cameras is problematic, regardless of the OEM, H265 takes more compute power than IP camera processors can really handle. I get intermittent washed out images, that my NVR sees as motion.... not good, still happens even after I went back to H264.

Not easy to work with
Your device sharing is $#!7, it doesn't work... learn to build a better UI and sleeker UX. Your camera two-way comms are a FAILURE! You should be ashamed of you product. Way to go with a IP client that only works with Internet Exploder too.If you are researching Hik vision systems as an end user..... STOP. Go in a different direction.
