It's rubber
Well....they did say "silicone" ...but the look in the picture, and everything else is to make you think its a solid unit. It's rubber. The body....the cap...just rubber. I would assume it certainly can't be safe to use as it will ignite and you will breathe that poison in. Total scam and waste of money.

Pocket size pipe
Using this pipe for few days, very easy to clean, the top cover design very tight, even I put inside my jacket, it wont come out, filter was refillable, I guess it can last long for awhile.
