Can't believe I have just discovered this, I love it. If you like a smoked taste to your food then this is for you. I have used it in soups, roast joints, pasta in fact, anything I fancy using it in. Superb.

Really nice. A little amount needed for good smoked smell. Used it for homemade "smoked" fish, going to try with meat too.

I have a small smoker I use for fish, which took a few tries to get the correct amount of wood chips right to get a nice balance of smokiness.The Liquid smoke smells nice from the bottle. Have tried it a couple of times and the results were reasonable but not great. I will persevere with it and look up some recipes on line, I'm sure I'll get there.If anyone has any tips would be great

I always try to replicate that smoked flavour at home (out of laziness).I tried few other (US imports) products/brands and I must say this one is really my favourite.You can smell and taste bit of that smokiness, which is not always the case with other brands.If you don't go crazy it lasts for a good while too.

Great, strong natural flavour. Originally found this in California in 1976, and used it ever since.

Very strong artificial smell which is quite off-putting. Bought to try making vegan bacon and haven't tried yet so can't comment on the taste.

Really enjoyed this flavour, added that real bbq taste to the meat, great for making bbq sauce adding a real depth to even the sauce. Only a few drops though wll do, too much and it can over-power other favours.

I used to buy this in the states, and when I moved to the UK I could not find it or any other liquid smoke. I finally found it on Amazon and I am using it again on pork chops, Bean soup ect...Love it!Tip....add it near the end of cooking as the flavour does disappear a bit during cooking, and add sparingly, a little goes a long way.
