Performance Intrinsic Tasker-Fire White/Green LED Helmet Light, 50 Lumens, Tilt, Black

Wish it was a little better quality for the price.

I purchased this light after one of my fellow firefighters started using one on his helmet. I am very impressed by the light output! The light includes everything you need to get it mounted on a helmet, including little velcro straps to secure the power wire to the strap. The button is located well and is easy to operate with fire gloves on. This unit will also tilt slightly which is a handy feature to have on a headlight.The only thing I wish it had was a "spot" function. The non-intrinsic version has 2 light modes with one using only a few of the LED's, but this one always turns them all on. I don't consider this even enough of a deal to drop a star, but thought other potential purchasers would like to know.

I bought this light approx 1 year ago now, I was super impressed by it, it is super bright and great light to use in multiple situations. I have taken into structure fires, had it up on the side of a hill for a veggie fire working the black for mop-up. It was going strong and working great, until one day it just wasn't anymore. Now when I push the power button, if it does turn on, it's faint at best and flickers on and off. At this point, it is basically a $120 weight on my helmet. I did give it 3 stars because of how well the light worked prior to not working at all now. I am a little disappointed in the light, I am hesitant to buy another one or even recommend this product to anyone else.

I will Always recommend this light to anyone I know. Great bright light, too bright if it's really smokey but you can never have it to bright for other conditions! I had one previously and something inside the unit broke. Well it was after the warranty and talked with manufacturer and sent it back to see if it could get fixed. They said hey couldn't fix it but sent me a new one with a new warranty even though it was outside the warranty and the problem I probably caused to the light. Wow great customer service! Will always go to then for a light in he future. My trainer light the light so much he got one for himself. Keep safe out there brothers!

I am very happy with the Foxfury helmet light. I used it at a company drill last week and we worked in the dark doing a hydraulic jacking and rescue evolution and I had light where it was needed it. I also like the tilt option that allows me to instruct the group while not blinding anyone. RJM

Used it once and the switch died poor quality I bought it for Search and Rescue was very disappointed for what I paid I expected better quality I glad I keep my old unit, different type for a back up.

Great!! Husband uses it when he is plowing our driveway! Works great! Very bright!

It's a great short range flood light, semi impressed with smoke penetration in fire situation. It lasted as year on fire helment before failing.
